I work in construction mainly Asphalt Paving. I loved these boots very comfortable. Holds up in paving and dirt work. The sole is good just had apiece of slag stick in them. Never bothered my feet or constuction of the boot. I need another pair and they are always sold out of my size. Not that they wore out. I forgot them at a company I worked for in Alaska and the boss though them out.

The boots feel amazing. But I feel like they run small my GridWork are 11.5 and are roomy but these feel a little snug.

Asphalt work. I'm in and out of piles of hot material all day. They seem to hold up, other than the sole coming apart a little bit where I believe the glue has melted. Other than that. A great boot and I'll probably buy another pair.

Super comfortable but they are pretty hot. I’d like to say they are 100% waterproof but after a short time your feet will get damp. Not sure what the sole is made off but it’s easy to spray off.

I SO hoped these would be just as amazing as the original gridworks with the capped toe. Yes...the ones that everyone wishes were still made. No complaints so for, truly, but you can just see they won't be nearly as durable as the originals. Just as comfortable and I bought these for my husband because he LOVED, and literally would skip out of the store, with the originals. I had to see if these would match up. They've done good so far (he's a dirt worker....excavating and in the dirt digging) but it's only been 1 months. Fingers crossed they have the same longevity.

I work in really demanding construction environment which involves a lot of heat, cold, nails, screws, water, chemicals, mold, on and on, where I have to step. I have had my boots for about a year and a half, and to my surprise they are still here and they are my go to to wear even casually since I don't own shoes. I even just wore them to a wedding. At first, they are a 100% great boot with everything as advertised. However, the waterproofing feature on my boots only lasted a few months before going. Even with the waterproofing I experienced very mild foot rot. That's definitely my biggest con, is the moistness in winter and summer. The second con is the interior synthetic liner. Mine recently became unattached from the inside of the boot, which made taking my boots off very difficult. It's like having an extra sock in the boot that is still attached a little bit. Third con is the leather is now starting to crack. This of course can be prevented with proper care which I didn't do. Pros are, they have lasted me a long time with the terrain and environment at hand. The thick outsole has been really amazing in my environment. I like the platform look aswell. Second pro is the design. At first I did not like these when I tried them on in Murdoch's, but my wife talked me into getting them. I love these boots because they've been with me a long way and have done a lot for me. I don't think I would buy this product again merely because I would like to try another product. I wouldn't recommend this product based on the hard facts about the waterproofing. Some people are hardcore with their footwear and would discredit the company but I'm more lenient with this pair.
