These are the *most* comfortable heels I have ever worn. I'm a runner with wide, flat feet. Heels are not my thing, but I have been thoroughly impressed with these. I walked around on a hard floor, standing, for an hour straight. Normally, I'd be getting throbbing pains by then, but NOTHING. I'm almost tempted to buy a different color now that I found them. Great shoes!

When these shoes first arrived I loved them. Perfect fit, comfortable. I used them solely for work - kept them in my office and only used them around the office building when I need to be a little bit more than business casual. So I might have only gotten 8 uses out of them since they came in the mail ..a few days ago I was walking around the office floor and the heel on my right shoe broke off of the main part. I can see the screw in the shoe. Very disappointed with the quality and am hoping to get my money back.

Perfect. I have a slightly wide foot so i always look for wide. I care about my feet and don’t want them crammed in a shoe. These are comfortable for walking around in and getting in and out of my car all day. I get lots of compliments on the color! Love them

These shoes were a hit, and I managed to dance the night away in them. I wish they had even more colors! The only criticism is that there is no padding/support for the ball of your feet. Otherwise, these were a great fit!

Ordered these shoes for my daughter's wedding. They are BEAUTIFUL and well made. However, they were so tight and uncomfortable. I returned them.

I wanted to love these shoes. They’re the only ones that were big enough in the toe box at a wide width. The problem was that they are sized strangely. My feet are flat, 9.5” long and 3.5” wide. I rarely wear heels and have a healthy wide foot and toe spread, so squishing them into a tight shoe was what I was trying to avoid. A 7 or 7.5 is usually my size in heels. While the width in the toe box on these was perfection, a 7.5 was way too long. The 7 I still had an entire inch in the back. So I purchased a 6.5. They were too tight! The 7’s were the best overall fit, but I would need a ball of foot pad to keep them from slipping off my feet. Unfortunately this made the toe area way too tight overall, exposed my big toe joint above the cut of the shoe opening and showed too much toe cleavage as well. I also used thin pads, they weren’t thick. I also tried putting cotton balls in the front of the shoe ( while this worked in fixing the length it made it painful on my toes and also placed the opening of the shoe too close to my big toe joint making it protrude and look funny ). I just couldn’t make this shoe work for me. The only thing I didn’t try was putting some product in the back of the shoe to make it a tighter fit. I may actually attempt that, because these were the most comfortable shoes out of anything I tried. I will say this, it was difficult to get it right because I didn’t want to use any sticky side to anything I was trying out because I knew I’d probably need to return. I tried Lauren Ralph Lauren Lanette (too tight in the toe box), Naturalizer Everly ( super comfy but leather softness did not compare to Sam Edelman - these are still a strong contender and fit at a size 7m ) , Rockport Total Motion 75mm ( these actually made my feet hurt despite the amazing reviews ) and these - the Sam Edelman Jordyn ( perfect toe box, hard but comfortable foot bed as it was the most overall well balanced shoe, but I couldn’t get the length right ). Hope this helps you figure out what you need to do!

The left shoe is not the same size as the right. Its like a half size larger. I ordered, returned and reordered hoping it was just a defective pair but the second pair was the same in 8W. I even tried ordering a half size smaller 7.5W but it was too small. Its disappointing because they are very beautiful shoes. Someone should contact the manufacturer to let them know.

Awesome look! Love the slightly pointed toe and the heel height is perfect for me. Very comfortable from the first wear...no “breaking in” period. Need to buy another pair in a different color

I am a huge Sam Edelman fan. I own over a dozen pairs, but these are my new favorites. The heel height is just right! The Hazel is gorgeous and sexy, but uncomfortable for all day wear. The Jordyn is a toned down version, and equally beautiful, yet far more comfortable. True to size. I wish there were more color choices. We need these in Red! Oh, and brown. And a sparkling blue. Sam Edelman team- thanks for what you do!

I didn't believe other reviews, but it's true that this is a super comfortable shoe with a truly wide toe box enough for my tailor's bunion. Supple leather, good heel height and thickness. I would love to keep these, but sadly (and I can't believe I'm going to say this) they are a little too wide in the body of the foot by the arch. And these were way more comfortable (for me) better than the Naturalizer and Rockport (another beautiful show that just didn't work). The Life Stride worked the best for me.

These shoes are exactly as flawlessly classic as you want them to be and the heel is just right for cute but comfortable. These will be a work go-to

By far my favorite pump!!! I have them in 2 colors and have purchased those colors twice because I wore them out. I wish shoe designers would make more lower heeled shoes that are stylish and don’t look like old lady shoes. I love the look of 4” heels but for the office girls, the 2-2 1/2” is much more comfortable.

Perfect. My foot is wide plus I've had several foot surgeries. This shoe not only feels ok on my horrible feet, it's gorgeous. Not too high and strangely comfortable. One imp note: the pink is VERY pink. A definite statement.

Love, love these heels! The height of the heel is perfect to me. Not too short, but not tall either. I’m 5’5 and don’t like a super tall heel. These fit the bill for giving me that high heel look, while not feeling concerned whether or not I could walk around in them. Comfort wise, I felt like I could wear them all day without issue. Right out of the box. I wore them for several hours without having to break them in. I bought them in both the oatmeal suede and black leather and would love more colors!

Sleek and stylish, heel height was perfect for me. I did have to go up 1/2 size from my normal size due to a foot injury.

This black suede pump is one of my favorite styles, classic and sexy. But, the suede might not be the best quality suede, as it looks ashy in places. At the front tip and at the back of the heel, the shoe looks rubbed, like after just a couple of wearings the "suede" shoe will show significant wear and tear.

They didn’t even last the night. I went to an open school night function for a few hours and this was the shoe by the end of the night. I wish I could send these back. First time Zappos has ever let me down.

I have several pairs purchased in the last year. I am a true size 8 and these shoes all fit like they were made for my feet. I needed a pair of basic black heels...not for work or any occasion, but just to have! These are the heels to get!! Comfy, soft leather, great heel height for any occasion.

Very elegant. Had to purchase for a funeral and it is hard to find nice shoes in wide. The pointed toe is never comfortable no matter what, no matter what brand. The leather is quite soft and high-end feeling/looking.
