I will not be ordering on line again with Crocs. No return label enclosed in package. I emailed. No response. Called and hold time too long. Sandals Too big. I was going to return and get the correct size. No Customer service. Very frustrating and disappointing

I will be returning. I ordered a size 8 (which is a 1/2 size smaller than I normally wear but Crocs doesn't have 1/2 sizes) and they are huge... more like a size 10.

Too tight and narrow. All other croc products fit fine. Hubby very disappointed!

The slides runs small like you have to buy 2 sizes up, I had ordered a size 10 , literally it fits a person with a size 8 foot perfect! I end up giving my pair of slides to my Aunt that's a size 8!, I did not bother returning them because it would take a while to get my refund just as long as it takes for me to receive them. Remember order up!

I never even received them and never got a refund so I'm angry

One of the sandals shrunk after a week of use. Literally both the same size one week. Next week two different sizes. Very disappointing.

I had to return because I ordered a women size but I was sent a men size. It would help to better identify sizes on your website.

I use the croc slide as a slide I could throw on around the house or running errands. I dislike how dirty the shoe gets. Any little thing stains the slide. I haven't been in dirt or dust filled places, yet my slides get extremely filthy very easily. Z

This product is very wide and not tall enough so the rubber rubs on top of my toes. I plan to return.

Nothing wrong with product except the size is different from the regular crocs. Way too narrow for me. Why didn't you warn me about that? I had to end up giving them away.

Misshaped one is much smaller than the other. Not satisfied with this product at all.

Too wide did not e pectin them to be unisex mens 10, or womens 12.

Runs very large

I find that these Crocs are too wide for my feet. I had thought they would fit like your Jellies. For me it is awkward to walk in these. I have to shuffle, rather than walk normally.

My crocs are too small. I ordered a bigger size, instead i received a smaller size. I am very very disappointed. Plus i had ro wait over 3 weeks to receive them in the mail.

However these run wide (I have a narrow foot and always go a size down) and do not have Crocs' deeper heel cup. I could not keep them on my feet. I cannot risk falling as I am of a certain age! Keep designing and I will keep purchasing!

The slide area does not work for wide shoe sizes. Too tight and uncomfortable.

Both sandals fit differently. One is right the other is loose. Poorly made.

I have tried to contact Crocs multiple times to return or exchange these because they are so tight they left huge blisters on my feet after 1 hour of wearing them. All I wanted to do was exchange for the next biggest size however, no one answers their call center, no one is answering emails, etc! It's absolutely ridiculous!
