I have three pairs of these shorts and they are awesome. I wear them exclusively for interior and exterior project work during the warm weather.

I have purchased many Carhartt shorts and pants. I am disappointed in the quality and fit with this recent purchase. I ordered a waist size 32 and the fit feels like a size 33-34. (I have not lost weight). The fabric doesn't feel like the same weight as previous canvas shorts. I will not be ordering any more Carhartt products. Mike.

Was wearing Dickies for years but suddenly they felt stiff and didn't fit right. Tried out a pair of Carhartts and loved them. Fit well, move well, durable enough for my job (mechanic). Really like the length as well.

I like the shorts, but I miss the hammer loop, carpenters' ruler pocket, and the tape measures loop.

Best shorts I've found. These are great shorts, soft, strong and comfortable. I especially like the cellphone pocket on the right leg.

wife shrunk these pretty bad first wash. cold/dry low. had to give them to someone slightly thinner

I was looking for shorts without all the extra stuff sewn into them, like cargo pockets and such, this pair has the extra pocket for a smart phone, perfectly located too, along with smartly sized regular pockets and a generous watch bob pocket. Waist size is spot on and they sit nicely on top of the hip. The fabric is a good thing too.

These are by far the best work shorts. I work outside in the elements and these shorts are comfortable yet rugged. The length is perfect. I went back and bought 3 more for work.

On several pairs of these pants that I've had in the past, I've always seem to have the same issue with the piece of fabric that covers the zipper. To picture.

Very comfortable . I wear them to work and I have no complaints about them.

These shorts fit well. I also like the fact that there are fewer pockets - just the right number.
