I ordered these in black and wore them throughout Boston on college tours and through the city without any "breaking in" period. They are GREAT! Very comfortable and I really like the support. The ability to adjust every strap is wonderful, especially if you have bunions or a narrow ankle. The only issue I have is that the center vertical piece (running from ankle to toes) shifts to the side as I wear it. I need to slide it back in place after awhile. Manageable and maybe it will stop once I wear them more but it's odd looking. Waiting for these and another pair (Taos) to be available in brown and I'll get whichever is available first. The style is a little more braided than I like but they are generally pretty and super comfy.

I struggle a lot to find sandals that fit right but this is the one for me. I tried 3 other pairs of shoes (Aetrex Gabby, Romika Ibiza 111, Revere Zanzibar - I left reviews for them too) and this one won by a landslide. I went with this Reese style because it's literally the perfect fit for my feet and it feels like I am walking on a cloud. It's almost more comfortable than my Brooks sneakers and my feet kind of miss the support when I walk around barefoot at home. I'm size 5 with short toes and small bunions, but nobody makes size 5 wide shoes, so I often have to size up to accommodate. The problem with sizing up for sandals is that my already-short toes won't reach the edge of a size 5+ sandal and it looks ridiculous. Thankfully, this brand seems to run a little wider, so I got the size 5 regular width with this shoe and it fits perfectly in width and length. I did adjust the top straps to accommodate my minor bunions. The adjustable ankle straps also fit securely and don't pull at my skinny ankles like some other sandals when I walk. Give this sandal a try if you are looking for ultimate casual comfort, but *especially* if you struggle with having tiny feet but need wider widths. You won't regret it!

This sandal is very comfortable. Because of a bunion on the right foot, I have trouble with shoes that fit too tightly there or have a seam that rubs. The second strap does go over that area but doesn't cause a problem as the strap can be adjusted and the leather is soft. I love the taupe color. It is my second pair of that style. I have worn them for long periods at a time and they needed no breaking in.

Love these but Zappos recommended 10-1/2 and I didn’t believe them, and bought 10 as all my other Aetrex are 10. Zappos was right! Returning these as they are too small and will order navy when it comes back in.

Love these sandals. Extremely supportive for walking. Great arch support. First day I walked quite a ways in them and they felt super...supports my whole foot but looks quite fashionable... can wear with shorts, pants, skirts and sun dresses.. going to order another color...

Nice looking sandals... BUT I wear an 11.5 open-toed sandal. So ordered a size 12. Toes all the way to the end. Very hard sole, and the ankle strap is not long enough...meaning really short.

I normally wear 9N or 9.5N in shoes. If the heels are narrower than usual, I can wear 9B in laceup shoes. These Reese sandals fit me well in size 9 but it took several tries of styles and sizes before I settled on the size 9 Reese in the Cognac (brown) color. I am able to adjust the 3 straps to get an acceptable fit for my skinny, boney feet. The 9.5 shoes felt way too long even though I've started needing size 9.5 in other brands and styles of shoes. Is anything consistent anymore? The taupe color isn't bad but just didn't look good on my feet. I figure the brown color is a classic summer sandal color, although I wear sandals year round! My feet don't look as big in the Reese style if that is a concern. The arch support feels OK and hits my feet in the right place.

These were surprisingly comfortable. I've arthritis, a fused toe bone, and high arches. I have a terrible time finding shoes that don't hurt after an hour. I accidentally did a 3 mile hike on a wooded trail and my feet were ok at the end. I decided to buy another pair in a different color after that.

I usually wear a 7.5 in a flat and 8 in a sneaker to better accommodate an orthotic in my shoe. The arch support in these sandals is sufficient enough to eliminate the need for the orthotic. The sandals are well made, nice soft leather and light on the feet. Have been buying Vionic for years but the quality and fit in this brand is superior. I will definitely purchase this brand again

really liked these shoes. I like the fact that the width is adjustable on all accounts. Pretty indian ink color...

The style is not the best for skirts and dresses, but OK for shorts and jeans. The velcro strap ends stick out a bit laterally, just enough to look clunky. That said, all the straps are adjustable and they were comfortable from the moment I put them on. I have worn them all day with no irritation and no complaints from my feet. The heels are about 1 1/4 inches high with a footbed of 5/8 inch which flexes nicely.

This is my first pair of Aetrex sandals. I am a true size 8.5 and they run big. It's too big the room between my toes and de end of the sandal. The 8.5 shoes felt way too long. The taupe color isn't bad but just didn't look good on my feet. The arch support feels OK and hits my feet in the right place. I decide to keep it but I don't love it. I going to try another style.

My favorite. The multiple straps make adjusting the sandals to my feet very accomodating.

The first time i wore these shoes i was walking all day and they were still very comfortable. They are cute and very much in style, i only gave them 4 stars because i like a more dainty look but never found those shoes with good orthotic support! These looked great with capris!

This is the best cork sole I have ever had. Its noticeably cushioned with great arch support . I now have 2 pairs of Aetrex.

These felt excellent right out of the box! The arch, heel height and adjustable straps make these a perfect show for me. I have ordered 9 and 9-9.5 in Aetrex and find both fit. I almost prefer the 9-9.5 though to make sure my toes don't hang over the edge. These are 9 and if any shorter, they'd be returned.

I have high arches, and this sandal fits well. Adjustable straps help ensure a good fit.

So happy I found this Reese sandal by Aertrex. I have a bunion on my left foot and it can be challenging to find something comfortable. This is a must have for me. Bought them in black, brown and lighter taupe. All straps are adjustable!

I've had this pair for two years now. I have very picky feet and these sandals feel comfortable on. Highly recommend.

Adjustable straps made a comfortable fit. Also the back strap is padded for comfort.

Arch is better than moderate, almost excellent, so comfy! Sole feels padded, excellent fit for me. I am a 7 wide. Most sandals are too wide and long (Vionic), but these fit perfectly.
