Super cute boots, not the most comfortable, but I will keep them :)

These are a beautiful shoe. They were just very narrow for my wider type foot, so they were very uncomfortable.

These were cute, but the heel was higher than I was expecting. I was just not comfortable in them due to the height and knew I wouldn’t be able to wear them for extended periods of time. Returning them.

These shoes are super chic and stylish, but we’re too narrow for me. I am a size 9 regular width foot and these were way too tight on me. Sadly I had to return.

These booties are so cute, fit great but the description states “features leather or side uppers” while the boots themselves state they are “fabric uppers” which is basically a complete lie. When you think you’re purchasing leather shoes and they are basically fake leather. I experienced a similar situation through a different site so it seems all sites are blatantly lying about what they are selling. So disappointed in Zappos. I’ll be returning them even though I love them. False advertising is not acceptable.

Live the style and heel height. I’ve worn three times now and they are horribly uncomfortable.

Description says leather or suede... I bought the suede version last year. Black leather style is actually Polyurethane... PLEASE just raise the prices and stop making cheap @#$%! These fit great... I live the style, but I don't want synthetic shoes!!!

I ordered a half size up based on reviews. I wear a 7 but the 7.5 was still tight. I didn’t really get to try them out though as I received two different sizes, a 7.5 and a 5.5. I returned them.

Cute bootie, however the slits down the sides make the bootie impractical :( I would have to wear tiny socks, no room for comfy socks + too much cold air on my feet. The boot itself is also very slippery on the bottom. :(

These just felt clunky like horse hooves. From frontal view they look sleek and stylish however from the side I just felt the heel was too chunky. I also didn’t like the side slit. Size was true to side and the heel height was comfortable at home for about an hour but I don’t wear heels often. I will return and try Birds style instead.

Need to return a second time. Went 1/2 size up from a bigger than normal size that I first purchased. Not comfortable and the zipper in the back on one boot is very noisy. I usually don’t have problems fitting in shoes.

the heel was slipping but my toes were scrunched. very odd fit.

Loved the style but waaaaaaay too small. I ordered a 1/2 size up and they were too tight so I had to return them.

These booties are very cute and would complete tons of outfits. Quick shipping from Zappos as always! Unfortunately, the quality of this bootie is awful. I wore these out to dinner one evening and the "leather" is already peeling off on the front of both boots. So pretty much paid over $100 for one wear.

Plastic... these are Plastic mot. Leather... way to ruin a good style.

NOT leather. Last years shoe was leather. The description says leather, but shoe is actually PVC. So disappointed. Steve Madden used to be my go-to for good qualuty, fashionable, comfortable shoes.

Extremely narrow boots! I never wear wide sized shoes but I would have needed them for this boot to work. Sadly had to return- love the style of them though
