The Obsidian/White look very stylish and catchy. My husband has been wearing them everyday for running (5 miles/day) for more than a week. Never complained.

Nike Downshifter 10 I bought is 1/2 size larger than my trus size and they fit perfectly. Great walking and running shoe

True to size and width, excellent value for the money. This is an improvement over the previous Nike Downshifter shoes. It actually reminds me a lot of the Nike Pegasus at about half the price.

I liked them

Comfortable and lightweight , but not the best support.

Took a little while to break them in but in the end they are very comfortable and light. These are my everyday shoes and work well for wide feet

I am normally a 10-1/2 with a narrow foot. I had another Nike purchased locally that was 11-1/2 and fit well, so I ordered 11-1/2 D, but it was too narrow at the ball of my foot. I will return and try for the same length in an E width. Having said that, the show looks perfect for me once I get the fit right.

These shoes were cut very narrow on my son’s average size foot. Tried to exchange for next size up but they were unavailable. Simple, classic look.

Solid running shoe at an excellent value. Felt true to size and gets more comfortable as you break them in a bit.

Good shoe for the money. Could use more cushion / support.

my son said these have better traction than other nike brands purchased. He uses them mainly playing outdoors basketball and wearing as everyday sneakers.

These shoes were for my 14-year-old son. He said they were okay, but I noticed that the material ripped pretty quickly. Not tough enough to endure sports.

Very nice looking but couldn’t wear them. The front is very wide but it darts in so that the middle is very narrow. They are 4E width but is way too narrow for the the entire foot. Had to send them right back.

The Downshifter 10 is fine ( for a $60-70 shoe ) if you're not going to actually put it to any athletic endeavor other than maybe as an indoor gym shoe, or like me you are using it 5-8 hours a day for pretty much standing still ( Covid gig as a grocery store clerk) with some very casual walking. I would not run in this shoe as the forefoot is pretty wimpy. Good cushion on the heel strike, but really, it's just a shoe for easy walking that you can show off that Nike logo. IF you want to stick with Nike, buy up--get something really devoted to whatever discipline you want, but again, if it's just for hanging out, this is a decent shoe.

a little wide

These shoes are for my son, who normally wears a 7.5. The first pair was too big so we ordered a half size down. These size 7s are still larger than his last pair of 7.5 Nikes but they are a closer fit. After wearing them for a few days he’s experiencing discomfort where the shoe rubs the bone that protrudes from the outside of his ankle.

Fit was good but not the shoe for me.

These were described as Extra Wide. However, the pair I received were regular width. Therefore, they did not fit. Disappointed.

The 4E is considerably more narrow than in the Air Monarch. Don't even bother.
