It appears these shoes had already been pre-laced and the extra laces were missing. my husband loves this brand of shoe, and as a Christmas gift, it was disappointing to see that were not freshly new. we understand returns occur, and that is not the issue. the issue was that they were not put back into their original state so the next customer (us) would as if we were the first owners.

Zappos sent me used shoes, dirty and in the wrong box . Disgusting , disappointed and disgraceful. I will never buy from Zappos again.

I wore these one night about 3hrs and it is peeling apart already not sure if it is defective or just junk.

Where is my refund ? Sent back UPS last week

Have purchased 6 pairs of this shoe. Seem true to size and wear well. I always get compliments for the style and color when wearing them.

These are the best sneakers I've ever owned. I've been wearing them almost every day for a year and they could last much onger.

I get a pair every year for my husband and he loves the durability and stability of those shoes . As for the size -he is somewhat between 12-12.5 and prefers size 12. He doesn’t run in them but train and hike all the times.

a bit stiffer feel than my other On Clouds - great for rocky terrain, great traction

True to fit

Shoes feel very comfortable. Purchased these for everyday wear and not for running. So far they feel great!

2nd pair of ON and very pleased. Not quite as comfortable as my cloudsurfers, but I’d still recommend. Mostly using this style for working out/hiking, and they have performed great.

I love these shoes. They are my go-to shoes for traveling and walking in all terrains (except for serious hiking where I need ankle support). I even wear them in casual business settings. A great shoe.

Good shoe overall just that it was half size large.

I have wide feet and normally order wide shoes, I took a chance with these and they fit perfectly. not sure if they run naturally wide or not, but the fit is perfect
