I bought a pair in Jan and this review is overdue, but I thought the more time wearing them the better so I can see how they hold up. Four months in, this is the best pair of work boots I have. I thought I'd regularly rotate my shoes but I've just been sticking to these Kodiaks. Did not switch out the insoles, which can be easily taken out but left them as is. I work on my feet all day and sometimes in a freezer with an icy floor, I push and pull heavy objects so had an issue with slipping/sliding in other shoes. Comfort and grip are my top priority and these satisfy in both cases. I take my steps for leverage and don't slide and they are so comfortable I don't even have it on my mind that I'm wearing work boots. Overall it's the feel of wearing sneakers but they look like tactical boots. When I first put them on I was concerned by a pinch made by the strap inside attached to the tongue but didn't feel any discomfort one I got moving. My previous pair are Timberland PRO's and they are fine but four hours into a shift of walking non stop and the discomfort and fatigue set in all over my feet. In my Kodiaks I don't even rush to take them off after clocking out. Sure you want to take them off after a long day but just to let your feet breath, these are weather resistant boots after all. Besides working on my feet all day I also regularly run & jump rope so shoes so shoes have a lot to live up to for me. High marks to Kodiak.

This is my first safety shoes i got for work. It'll feel uncomfortable at first but after I broke it in it has been comfortable for a 10 hour shift on my feet all day. I also used it once to go hiking on snow and I would say it is water resistant. I also like how it looks so I might buy it again.

Great boots, comfortable and good support. Just need a little break-in around the ankles. I would recommend and buy again.

I really don't write reviews but if anyone wants an honest opinion, maybe this will help. I never was a real fan of hard toe boots but my job requires to do so. the size that fit me was a 10.5 which fit perfect. my feet isnt wide so you get the jiff. The boots don't make your feet look big so you wont feel like a clown working in them. The comfort level kinda surprised me. They felt comfortable the first day wearing them. I'm a delivery driver so they are not really torn and still have life in them. Ordered a second pair as a backup for when they are ready to go. Hope this review helps and also they are worth your money to order these.

The fit was just right. I usually wear a size 12 in sneakers but bought a size 11 in boots because they tend to run a little larger. I'm glad that I followed my intuition. The boots look nice and are pretty light weight.

It took a while to break into them but so far love the comfort and the water resistance.

These might have been the ugliest boots I had ordered from zappos but they remain to this day the most comfortable and safe one's I ever wore wish they still had them in my size

They are true to size my toes don’t feel smashed up against the composit toe looks like made well we will see after a full day on them

i dont wear this shoes often to work since it felt too big and looked big.
