Had to return these shoes, I usually wear a 7.5. but these were too big and the heel was too wide for me, the shoes kept sliding off.

This is my second pair of Bob's. They look great, but the heel slips. I fear getting a size smaller, because the length is perfect. My other pair slips as well. But, they are super stylin'.

These would get 4 stars if they would stay on my feet! I love the shoe, I get compliments every time I wear them. The problem is that my heel comes out every time I walk. I've tried heel inserts which don't stick to the fabric, so I get blisters when I wear them if I do a lot of walking. There is a small bump built in at the heel that seems to be designed to keep my foot/heel in place but it's not thick enough to be effective. Otherwise a great, well made shoe.

Was looking forward to receiving the shoes because I like the wedge style, but was disappointed the shoe runs a size too large. I usually order a size 5 from
Skechers, which fit fine. With this shoe my heel was slipping out. So disappointed...I had to return them.

Loved the look of this shoe. So disappointed that it was so snug. The comfort I expected was not there. Not the typical Skechers cushioning, especially under the ball of the foot. If you don't need a lot of cushion, they would be a great summer shoe. Might try going up 1/2 size.

Was excited for the new design of this popular canvas shoe. Ordered usual size and it runs half size too big. Also the heel slips like as if you are wearing a clog, I hate sending things back so I kept them. I wear a thin sock with it and heel still slips. Definitely order size down!

I loved this shoe but the heels would flop when I walk. They were the correct size but the heels wouldn't stay on my feet. Very disappointing. Had to return them.

They are lovely shoes but the heels ARE too wide. I've bought 2 other pairs of Sketchers in the past year so I was surprised by this and realize I didn't read the reviews first. I just assumed they'd fit as well as the other shoes that I love.

Ordered two sizes neither were a good fit. They slip off the heel when I walk. Sending the second pair back also. But they are a very cute shoe.

Love the style. The length of the shoe was a little long but I still ordered my normal size and they fit ok. The width is a little narrow. Like other customers stated, my heels slip out the back. I am a big Skechers fan but this is my first pair of Bob's. Despite the memory foam (thin layer) they are not as comfortable as Skechers. I am keeping the shoes because overall they are okay, but I will probably not buy Bob's again unless I can try them on in a retail store. I know I can return them, but I waited a long time for the shipment and it's always a hassle to return things.

Too long, I'm always a size 6uk. They slip off at the back due to the heel being heavy and I end up walking funny to keep them on. Going to try them with pump socks to see if they stay on better

Ordered size 4 which i usually wear .. very generous fit.. I then ordered size 3.5 which is also loose at heel.. I am now waiting on size 3 to test fit.. Love the shoe but I think it is not suitable for my narrow foot
