Customer Reviews Wolverine I-90 DuraShocks Moc-Toe 6" Work Boot

I have been wearing these boots for about 2 months' now and find them very comfortable. There is ample padding around the ankle and the toe box is about 1 3/8 inches high (35 mm), which suits my crooked toes. They feel good right out of the box. There are very few boots like this made with a nylon shank instead of a steel shank, so that is an advantage for me as I work near metal detectors. Alas, they are not made in the USA but fit better than the other brand.

These are longer then what I wear, maybe a half to a whole size larger. That is easy enough, but they are not even close to being EEEE. They might be EE, maybe. I normally wear Dunham boots 11.50 EEEE for comparison. Look like well made boots, but I will never know now.

Not a 4E!!! Only a EW, was looking forward to trying it on. The way the boots were laced, looks like someone else ran into this problem.

Apparently they think 4E is the same as EW. We needed 4E.

This was a disappointment, I ordered size 12, EEEE. I could not get my feet inside the shoes that arrived. Mislabeled?

Super comfortable work boots that feel protective as well. The fit is a bit narrow, which is perfect for me.

2 week review: You ever seen a post-apocalyptic world with workboots that lived through being nuked and 1000 years of weather damage but were still solid enough to wear around for miles? It was these boots. The "EEEE" shoes are less than a single E from new balance sneaker. Do you enjoy having feet that have skin? Stomp on these as soon as you get em, use a mallet, use a brick in a towel, the shoe will live, your skin will thank you (the parts that still live). Wear socks so thicc your girl legit starts getting jealous. I'll try and update after a few months.

Not great leather quality

As other reviewers have mentioned these are NOT labeled properly and are EW not EEEE, or 4E. I was very disappointed to get these and love how they look and feel but then have my feet hang off the outside and inside of the boot sole. If they were truly 4E wide they would be perfect!

Width size stated 4E There’s no way that was a wide width at all never mind 4E!!

The tongue is sewed 2 eyelets from the top. Never have I owned a pair with the tongue sewed up high on a boot. Felt like trying to squeeze my feet into a pair of skinny sized cowboy boots. Finally got one on, after some effort, wearing a thin sock. The 4E size may be 4E in Bangladesh, but it is definitely not a 4E for this big 'ol Yankee foot. Haven't ordered a pair of Wolverines for sometime. It appears that the word 'quality' is no longer in their corporate mission statement or mindset. Totally disappointed. Returning them. Almost afraid to try any more Wolverines.

These are no where near a 4K width boot. Maybe 2e. But Danners 2e is wider than these.
