These boots run narrow and have insufficient padding under the ball of the foot. (I have 2 other Miz Mooz boots that fit me well.) There isn’t enough space to insert a padded insole, and the existing insole cannot be removed without ripping them out. I’m disappointed because they’re good looking boots and fairly well made. But they’re unusually narrow on my feet. I wear an 11 M, slightly closer to a 10.5. Finally, at nearly $200, I gotta love them but I can’t.

I have a medium width foot, but this boot was too narrow. I love everything else about it and was sad to return it.

I am so disappointed that these did not work for me. The leather is SO soft and the purple color is exactly what I was looking for. The boot is narrow from toe to heel. It was just not going to be comfortable and too expensive to not get good wear from them. Wanted to cry all night! If they were right for me, it it would have been impossible not to order in another color too,

The shoes are cute. I love the color, marine blue, they are a tiny bit snug. But for the most part, are comfortable.

Love the color (ocean). They will be nice with denim and navy. Fit is just right. As with a previous pair of Miss Mooz booties, there's not a lot of cushioning or ar h support. I added a basic orthotic and it was just what was needed to make them all day comfortable. I would have rated higher if they came with a more comfortable foot bed.

The shoe design is very pretty, and the leather is buttery soft. Fit is pretty true to size. The shoe feels a little bit narrower than I would like - it pinches just a little across the widest part of the foot (my feet are just a little wide). So I'll be returning.

I have narrow feet, yet these were still pretty narrow especially in the toe box. One shoe had a weird fold in the leather that rubbed on my big toe joint. It's possible I just got a pair that had something wrong with the left shoe. Will be returning. Will maybe try another pair 1/2 size up so that I can put in some arch support, because there is basically none.

My left foot is a good half size larger than my right so getting shoes to fit is tricky business. Considering that, these fit fairly well, being snug on the left and perfect on the right. i sent them back becuase of the style. For me, one needs to see the buttons on the boot for them to look cute. So, skirts, capris, or leggings with these would b great. However, I need them for my boot cut jeans and they looked kind of blah with those since the jeans hide the buttons.

I love these boots! The only issue I have is that they are way too tight. I wear a size 8, and they fit well in length, but they are so tight on the top of my feet. I’m hoping the leather will stretch into a comfortable fit. I recommend ordering a half size up, and if they are too big wear a thick pair of socks.

I love these shoes. They’re both cute and comfortable. I would have given them 5 stars except that the color isn’t a true purple; it’s more like oxblood. I really, really wanted really purple shoes.

Loved the color and style but just didn't fit my feet right?

I found the shoes to be very stylish, but as another reviewer commented, the toe box is rather narrow. I have added a memory foam foot bed to increase the padding on the bottom of the bootie. I am used to the Hoka plush shoes and the Mi Mooz boots needed a bit more padding for comfort. The leather is very supple and I expect to wear them a lot this fall as the weather begins to cool. If you have special orthotics that you place in your shoes, please order a size larger to accommodate them. Overall I am happy with the shoes.

Beautiful boot. But I need something with some grip to get across parking lots in the snow, not just cute. Support was lacking

Shoes showed evidence of wear and there was a slight tear on the heel of one shoe

I’m in the nice boot, unfortunately way narrow camp. Loved the detail, quality of the leather, and heel height. Worth a try. Returned them.

Ran small and had minimal padding. Color was more a brownish yellow than a real cream.

These are lovely boots, but they just didn't fit. Overall very roomy, almost too much so, except right at the largest part of the front of my foot where they were uncomfortably narrow and squeezed. Just sort of a bizarre fit. I was tempted to keep them and see if they'd stretch out after a few wears in the place they were too tight, but I've learned too many hard, expensive past lessons about keeping shoes that don't quite fit right. They really never end up being comfortable. So back they'll go.

It runs very big

These felt a half size small and very narrow. They also hit right at my (small) bunion. There's also zero cushioning, so I probably would have returned them even if the size had been better.

These were very obviously worn, not just tried on. For the price, I expected more.

This is the saddest return I've ever made. BEAUTIFUL SHOES. GORGEOUS LEATHER. No matter what kind of inserts I tried, I couldn't get a comfortable footbed, and they are just too narrow. Perhaps an insert would work if I could get a wide, but I don't think Miz Mooz makes Wides. SAAAAAAAD.

Great, soft leather!

The fit was way too big. I was able to slide them on and off without unzipping the side zipper. They are going back.
