I have wide feet with fairly severe bunions and these immediately felt very comfortable. There was no breakin time and I was able to walk 3 miles in them without a problem. They look great and can be worn with anything. These cost a little more than I planned to spend but it was worth it.

Finally! This is the fifth pair of booties I have ordered, four from Zappos. I want to say a big thank you to Zappos who lets me try on and return until I find the perfect pair. I received these two days ago and they have been on my feet every time I've gone out since then! They fit perfectly--I have a narrow heel and need nice arch support. The leather is quality and the look very sleek. I wear 9.5 and don't like my foot to look like I have on skis and this one doesn't. Really like this bootie!

This is my 3rd pair of Cole-Haan boots. The fit is similar to the other boots: like a glove! The leather is beautiful, and the ankle strap has a bit of attitude, which I like. My othe rCole Haan boots have leather soles (which I would buy again). However, I like this synthetic sole for its cushioning and "grippiness" - great for a rainy day.

Perfect fit...casual but elegant

Beautiful boots. Perfect fit. Comfortable to walk in. Only quibble is some chafing of opening against leg sometimes.

The leather is a nice quality and the boot was comfortable immediately. They are stylish and versatile.

Normally wear a size 7 and had to send back for a 7.5 which fits fine. Other reviews also said this boot runs a little narrow. Would recommend going a half size up.

Great quality boot. Soft leather, comfortable width, perfect wear-all-day heel. Simply a half size too short. Usually wear an 8.5- going for a 9. Oh, and super cushiony...wow.

These boots are really beautiful and comfortable - soft leather and nice styling. They fit true to size and are really well priced since they are more on the Cole Haan site. As always, great service by Zappos.

Style was great but was too narrow in width. I can usually wear a medium width but these were too snug.

I tried on about 8 pairs of boots to replace a pair of ECCOs that had a broken heel. These were my second choice. The pair I ended up keeping were the Spring Step Giachetta. The reason I didn't go with the Cole Haan Hollyn Bootie is that the leather was thick and stiff, and the boots were too heavy for me. My old pair of ECCOs have a soft pliable leather and are super lightweight, making them easy to wear all day. Only the Spring Step Giachetta came close to matching my ECCOs. The reasons I liked the Cole Haan Hollyn Bootie were the moderate arch support and overall comfort. I purchased my regular size of 8.5 and it fit well.

I thought these were pretty cute, but they felt too narrow for my foot. I normally wear a medium width shoe. I wondered if they might stretch since the outer shoe is leather, but the inner lining is man made so I am not sure if it would end up stretching.

These boots are very plain but I liked the style. Unfortunately they were too tight in the toe area and I had to return them.

I’m investing in a pair in a few pairs of shoes and boots for the fall and have quite a bunion on my left foot. Note to self: try on shoes at the end of the day when I have walked a mile or a few! I should have kept these boots instead I bought the Naot Helm size 11 and they are a bit too short (I find Naots are always short on me) Sorry that I did not go with the Cole Hahn and use an orthotic which probably would’ve filled up most of the gap on the sides of my narrow feet. This is a sturdy boot very attractive with just enough wiggle room at the toes.

This is a beautiful boot but it felt more like a narrow width than a medium. I had no problem getting the boot on, but walking just two steps made my toes pinch in the very narrow toe box. Very disappointed as they were very stylish and a nice leather.

The toe box is very narrow and tight. The pebbled leather looked very vinyl-ly. I was not very impressed.

These are classy-looking boots - and the leather is nice, the sole is rubber (which I wanted), and I like that the buckle is brass. But they felt a little snug all over. I’m traveling to the northeast in the Fall and I know I will not only be walking a lot, but I’ll want heavier socks. Possibly they might stretch out enough to be comfortable, but I don’t want to risk it. I bought a 7.5, and am exchanging them for an 8.

If you have a thicker ankle (I am a slim person with thicker ankles) it is a bit too small.

First off, the boots look a little too masculine for me. The leather seems to be of good quality but doesn't look as good as other boots I have tried. They are quite narrow-fitting, especially the shaft that cuts into my leg when I walk. I also like taller boots, these are far too short.
