I bought these sandals in early June in the black leather style. These are just about perfect, least for my particular feet. They're not great looking (I find that patent leather strap tacky/fussy) but they're so wonderfully comfortable right out of the box, with such amazing arch support, and full adjustability on both straps for a perfect fit. And very importantly, the straps are very well positioned so that they don't rub against bunions, which is a big deal! The sandals are light compared with a lot of cork-soled shoes, the leather straps seem sturdy enough to last well, and I really hope that lining is natural suede, not manmade, so that the skin can breathe. I'm almost willing to buy them in the only other color combination in stock, but those are just so unappealing (flashy gold and leopardskin print!) I can't bring myself to do it, even just for around the apartment. I really hope they bring these out in other more plain colors, and keep making them for a very long time to come. Bravo, Naot!

The fit was fine until I started walking then the Velcro or strap stretched and I had to bend down and readjust They were right length and width but the straps are a serious problem I wore once and since I wore them one time I can’t return You don’t know they will do that until they wear them I had similar naot sandals several years ago and they did not do this

Nowhere near the support of what Naot used to make - the shoes with the removable cork foot beds. I wish they would bring those back. I was hoping these would replace an older pair I have with the removable/replaceable foot bed, but no dice. These just weren't sturdy, so they're going back. They have a little support, but not much. They fit fine, since they are fully adjustable and they were light weight, just not enough support.

You need to order one size bigger than usual size Super comfortable shoe I have 3 in this style ( in different colors.

I love these shoes! I thought they would work for my narrow feet, because both of the straps have hook-and-loop closures. However nothing stops them from sliding off the front of my foot. The Naot Madison works for me as it has a strap in back which holds them on, but I wanted something that I could just step into without adjusting. I'm very sorry that I have to to return them...

NO “break in” required. Wore them immediately for 8 hours. Perfect fit.

The shoe was very pretty. But the front strap was not smooth and it would cut into your foot. The shoeThI love the look of the shoe and the shoe felt good on my foot except for how it was cut across the top cut into your foot it wasn’t cut smoothly. Unable to wear itIBe specific

These were a lovely combo of colors, but they kept wanting to come off my foot as I walked. A bit too wide for my foot. But very comfy footbed.

I wish these were a tad longer because I am a 9.5 and these only come in 9 or 10. They are comfortable and stylish. I am happy with this purchase.

These sandals are stunning - very subtle but quietly sophisticated and beautiful. The leather straps are at least 4 blended colors making them suitable for wearing with almost all colors. They can be dressed up or worn for a walk in the park. The adjustable velcro straps make them perfectly comfortable. I've had other Naot sandals in the past and they are so well-made they last for years. Well worth the price.

I have very high arches and the space from the sole of my foot to the bones on top of my foot is very thin, so it's hard to find sandals that fit without a big gap between my foot and the sandal strap and between my foot and the arch support. This shoe fits perfectly. I find the shiny strap really ugly and wish they would just do a simple matte.

This is my first time ordering Naot sandals. I wear an 11 or a 42 and ordered up to a 43 based on reviews. The 43 is the right length but I found the sandals to be just a bit narrow in the footbed at the ball of the foot. I have never, ever needed a wide shoe. It’s like they made the shoe longer but forgot to make it a little wider. The straps were very long and would work for a foot with a lot more volume than mine. The arch support was a little better than moderate (I have plantar fasciitis and could use a little more support). I ordered the navy which is cute, but like others reviewers, I would have preferred that the second strap not be as shiny.

These sandals are great looking but sadly not a good fit for my feet. Love the adjustable straps. Don't love the toe area in front of the front strap. It narrows into a soft point but my toes are not shaped like that so they hung over the outside edges even though the overall length of the shoe was good. This sandal is for someone where the placement of the smaller toes angles towards the length of the big toe - not for a foot where the toe area is more 'square'.

Not enough arch support for me. And the footbed was hard.

The shoes were adorable and fit according to size. The problem was the cork. It was so hard and stiff that with every step it dug into my big toe. I tried loosening the toe strap, tightening the toe strap and leaving it just average. Nothing helped. I was so sad to have to return them.

I returned this shoes due to the fit and comfort. This was my first time buying Naot. I assumed the price would equal comfort but it does not. The style is nice but runs small and it’s not comfortable to wear throughout the day. I returned them.

Looks nice and I love that both straps are adjustable but far from feeling like a comfort shoe. The foot bed has raised sewn edges along the side and immediately scraped /irritated both big toes along the side. Overall, the footbed was hard and felt like a cheap shoe. I returned it.

The length was fine but they were so narrow that I barely could close the ankle strap. Toes were very narrow too. I do wear a wide and these were medium but I thought with the Velcro closures that they maybe could work. The sandals were very pretty and would have looked nice for my occasion. The fit was not good for me.

No, just no. First ordered this in size 39, felt rather snug so decided to order size 40 and compare. The size 40 I received was a used pair of sandals in plain plastic bag instead of new sandals in original box. Very disappointed in Zappos.

When I went to walk and I bend my foot the front cross over strap hits my big toe and hurts.

Size 36 too small, size 37 too big, velcro is stiff and rubs on skin, uncomfortable for me.

Love these! Sooo comfortable & since I have narrow feet, love the adjustable straps that I can tighten around my feet.

these shoes arrived NOT IN A SHOE BOX, just wrapped in a plastic bag! Weird! and the Delivery driver delivered them by walking through our backyard and placing the delivery on our deck at 7:30 (yes dark)! Fortunately we didn't see the person and didn't see the delivery for 48 hours! We lived here 19 years and NO One has delivered to the back deck!
