I always wear a 40 in closed toe Naots, versus the open toed sandals, then I wear a 39. I am a true US size 8 1/2. Almost all my shoes, sandals and booties are Naot, they are the perfect amount of arch support for my feet, most comfortable of all brands I’ve tried. Taos, Abeo, Dansko all hurt, my feet, the arches are too high.

I wear a 40 in Naot close toed booties, but a 39 in Sandals. These are great, casual, suede sneaker-like shoes. I love them! Comfortable as always, just the perfect amount of arch for my low to no arch feet!

They're okay for someone like me whose disability confines them to one brand of sneakers. What I like: the toe box doesn't have that horrible slanted shape made for people with very long big toes. They are not made for "wide" feet. The insoles are removable so I can use orthotics. The footbed is rounded at the front so there is less impact on the knees when raising the foot during gait. They're not bad looking. What I don't like: The white soles. No longer in style. The price. These are not a new model. They should be on sale. Also, the sizing is off. They state that a 38 is a 7. It isn't, especially in this shoe. A 7 would be very snug in length on my foot, which is a 7.5. The toe box is actually a bit long, which is not good for walking as my toes don't roll off the ground well. The 38 is closer to 7.5-8. They should come in half sizes for the price. However, I will keep them for now with the idea to wear to events where I don't have to walk much and I want to take a break from the same old sneakers. If that doesn't happen I'll return. Cheers.

These shoes looked great and initially felt comfortable. But after a few minutes, it was obvious that the right shoe was going to be too narrow for that foot, which is a bit wider than the left foot. I regretted having to return the shoes but appreciated the fact that I had that option and was not "stuck" with something that was uncomfortable. I would recommend Zodiac to ladies with narrow feet. Thank you, Zappos!

Naot is the brand I have found to be the most comfortable for me. I have not tried too many others.

I had very high hopes for these booties. I loved the way they looked and felt that they would be "the shoes" that I would be wearing just about everywhere this fall and winter. Initially, they felt good when I put them on, and they looked great. However, after a few minutes, the right shoe began to pinch across the front of my foot, which is a bit wider than my left foot, and I could tell that it was going to be too narrow. I was very sorry to have to return the Zodiac, but I appreciate the fact that I had that option and was not "stuck" with something that was too uncomfortable to wear. I would definitely recommend Zodiac for those who have narrow feet. Thank you, Zappos!

I really like the appearance of this bootie. But after trying it on, it was definitely two narrow for my wide foot and was uncomfortable. I am sorry to have to return it because I believe it would have been the perfect casual shoe for the upcoming season.

Naot shoes tend to be narrower and shallower than other brands. These are attractive but they don’t fit me well.

The toe box is more narrow than my other Naots and the heel was a little large.

I really like these shoes but they squeak terribly. Hoping another pair will be better

What a shame! The bed of theses booties felt like heaven, but the zippers were bitting into my tender ankles. Just 1/8 inch more room!!!!

Sadly these weren’t as comfortable as my previous Naot booties. Plus....the soles squeak!

This is a super comfortable shoe but not for my feet. I own 3 other pair of Naot and in all of those as an 8.5 I'm a size 40. However, the 40 is too big and the 39 is too tight. That plus the toe box length adds 3/4 of an inch in overall length making the shoe look very long which I don't find flattering.
