I bought 2 pairs of these right before summer and thought they would be my new favorites that I would wear every day … however, somehow the more I wear them the more uncomfortable they are. They look great and seem to be really good quality BUT- the sole that came with the shoe was too thick and made the heel area too shallow like I was in slippers. I switched the soles for my own and that works fine. The width is good. The length is good. But the more I wear them the more they’re uncomfortable. I don’t know how to explain it except that I dread to put them on. I am holding out hope that they feel better in the colder months because during the summer my feet would feel so hot and swollen in them that I couldn’t wait to take them off. I’m sad because I really like them but now have to return the pair I haven’t worn yet. Bummer.

I really wanted to love these shoes, but they did not work for my foot. They are snug in the width but very loose in the heel.

I have wide feet and it's hard to find a good sneaker that fits. I faithfully wore my Plim Sole Taos for a year until there were holes in the sole. So, when I saw these super cute Z-Soul sneakers I immediately bought them in an 8W just like my Plim Soles. Where the Plim soles fit like a glove, these are too big. They are destroying my heels. I can't wear them without band-aids, which is super impractical for an everyday sneaker, and I really wish i could return them.

The fit felt too large and they are very flat . Couldn’t get a good fit with them I think they are cute and well made, just not for me.

Really really cute shoe. My big feet didn't look so big. However the zipper would not zip up easily on my foot. They were too narrow in the middle. Ok in the toe box and actually too loose in the heal area, but the middle was too tight. So sad to have to return.

Not enough support for my sensitive feet. The footbed is comfortable but as I walked around house I realized - it didn’t give me enough support! Love the shoe style very cute but needs support more like a running shoe!

The zipper, I thought, would make them easy to put on but no. The zipper was not very functional and was difficult to use. It's basically a decoration.

I love the style but have no idea how anyone can wear them! I wear size 6 in all shoes. These cute sneakers are so tight! I even tried 6.5 with same problem? I have other brands in size 6 all fine for my feet except this brand and The am so disappointed!

I love the look of these shoes, and they were very comfortable. My only issue was that my heel flopped up & down way too much. They would blister much too easily!

Beware my wider-footed sisters. I sometimes buy a wide, and sometimes a medium width shoe. I bought these shoes in an 8.5 W (my most typical size) and a 9 W, and both felt too tight in the toebox. Both are going back. Very cute shoes, but they're fairly stiff and I don't think they'd loosen up comfortably.

I wanted to love this shoe so much! But the heel slips A LOT. And I do not have a narrow heel. I tried wearing them around the house and within 5 mins, my socks were sucked down into the shoe and I could tell I would definitely wind up with a blister on my heel if I wore them for any extended period of time. So disappointed.

Love the style of the Z-Soul and the size and fit feels true. However, right out of the box, they are not comfortable. They feel very rigid and rub on my little toe when I walk. Don't want to waste time trying to break them in only to find out that they still hurt. Will be returning.

Unable to move the zipper!

I wanted to love this shoe and really liked the way it looked. But it was uncomfortable for multiple reasons--how hard the fabric on the seams felt and how snug it was in the toe, primarily. Plus it slid around on my heel. I have bunions and had ordered a 9 instead of my usual 8.5 hoping that would help make the shoe more comfortable but ... nope. I was hoping for something more stylish than the two pair of Altras that have become my go-to shoe, but this cutie wasn't it.

I loved this shoe but decided to return it because it is so stiff and heavy. The higher back over the heel digs in and I'm sure will cause blisters. It hurt to walk in them. The shoe is very stiff and clunky. Although it is canvas which would normally stretch, this felt too heavy to stretch. Loved the look of the zipper but it is not functional at all. Once it is unzipped and you put the shoe on, it absolutely will not zip back up. I really didn't mind that. I have no problem with tying my shoes each time I put them on but this is info for other buyers who may purchase thinking the zipper will help them put the shoes on. I really love the look and it is exactly what I'm looking for but I feel overall this shoe is too stiff and uncomfortable, especially for the price.

I so wanted to like this shoe. The appearance, style and quality were all perfect, but it was not comfortable. It was stiff, it had a funny squeaking sound when I walked, and my socks would sink down into the shoe when I walked, which of course is unacceptable. Such a bummer, I loved the look.

They are first of all so cute and I own Taos boots(3 pair) because they are so cute and comfortable! I wanted to love these. They are just not comfortable. There is great arch support but that is it. The heels rub and there is no cushion in the foot bed. You feel every step and not in a good way. So cute but I’m too old to live with form and not function.

Too wide & very heavy . ..

I really wanted these but they are very narrow... The wides are too wide..but they are HEAVY.. and with bad knees.... I simply cannot wear them....It is a cute sneaker though!!!!!

I ordered my usual size. However, I should have listened to others who said these ran a bit narrow. I couldn't zip the shoe closed and if I tried to put my foot in without undoing the zipper first, they were so tight even after loosening up the laces. I've never had to order any wide shoes, but I will plan to re-order these shoes in an available color a half size larger as well as wide because they really are cute shoes.

They're very cute sneakers. And I really like the zipper on the side. But it's purely for Aesthetics. The zipper doesn't stay up and it'll catch your skin if you don't wear socks. And it'll rip your skin when it catches it. The overall feel of these is stiff and hard to my feet but to be fair I've been wearing Uggs for 10 years and Brooke sneakers. I would really just say these are for younger feet. There is arch support but again it goes with a very hard inside like there's no cushion on the footbed at all and they squeak when you walk and I only wore them in the house.

These are cute, but....The zipper gets stuck. Unless you want to keep the zipper on all the time and tie them, I would not recommend. Also stiff and they squeak!
