Love love LOVE this shoe! However, it runs big. I wear a size 9 in virtually every kind, every brand of shoe. EXCEPT twisted x. I have one other pair that are a size 8 and after ordering an 8.5 and then an 8, I finally ended up getting a size 7.5! So they run very large but they are one of my favorite pairs of shoes.

This was one of the few styles available in wide, so I was able to get an 8.5. My previous pair from about 3 years ago were a 9 regular. These are better made than those were - a more substantial sole and also a good degree of structure in the sides (these aren't smashable shoes). I highly recommend as a slip on pair of out-the-door shoes.

My feet were happy from the getgo. Had a light pair of socks on. Feet had room but not too much. The heel wasn't as snug as I would have liked, but it is perfectly okay. I wear a size 10 and have gone from a medium to slightly wide. I ordered wide and it is fine. Nice style. Really look good.

I typically wear a 9 wide. The 9 wide in this shoe was perfect. It's slightly loose in the heal, but not enough to return them. I like the strong rubber bottom that will help with slipping hazards. I have a high in-step, and the style of this shoe allowed me to slip it on without being too tight. Overall, looking forward to wearing these for a long time.

Zappos was right again! They suggested that I order a size 7 in this style. My first order was my normal size which is 8. They were definitely too big. I love the size 7, they fit very well and are so comfortable! Thanks Zappos

I really wanted to like this shoe! I think it's cute, and would be easy to wear. But the sizing just wasn't right for me. I ordered my usual size, 8-1/2 W, and it seemed a little too short and a little too narrow. But, my heels were flopping out of the shoes with each step! So back it goes.

I wanted to love these. The style is just not my personal cup of tea. I think that if the patterned fabric on the top of the shoe continued all the way across the upper to the piping where the sides of the shoe meet the top, I would have liked the look better. I thought that was what the style looked like in the photos. But it stops short and the base color completes the top for the shortest bit and totally changes it for me. I know how odd this sounds, and I still love my Twisted X boots and will surely order more shoes from them. Definitely order a half size smaller than you expect with Twisted X shoes. They are relaxed and will relax a little more to make the best fit for your foot.

Super cute and I was hoping they’d fit, based on the reviews I ordered one size down. I found my toe touching the end and it felt narrow. I could’ve order a half size up to fix that, but my heel slipped when walking. So they seem narrow up front & too wide for my heel in back. Thank goodness for Zappo’s great return policy.
