Very true to fit, almost perfectly. Style looks surprisingly formal. Description as well as photo showed a padded sole, however it only has a textured sole with an extension of the composite material. Not the most comfortable. Very light and airy however. Granted it is a "water shoe", however I've had some river sandals in the past that provided a "cloth-like" feel.

The sole is so rough you have to wear thick socks with them. Not a good look with heavy socks.

they are comfortable, but feel sort of like cheap flip flops with straps. Very lightweight, hope they will last.

The fit was fine. The main reason I returned them was the soles were very slippery on the wood floor. The sandals did not feel stable because the soles were too flat.
