I loved this shoe when I got it last summer. It was immediately comfortable and I received soooo many compliments. I wore them for a few months and put them away for the winter. When I brought them out this year they were faded in color. Noticeably faded. They were originally a beautiful blue but were more of a blue gray. It was terrible. By the end of the summer they didn’t look blue anymore! I bought blue shoe polish and have returned them to their original color but I was wildly disappointed at the color fading.

So disappointing that as another reviewer said, Born has ignored my size when they decided not to offer half sizes. I am a true 8.5 and as recommended, ordered this shoe in an 8. It is adorable and just what I was looking for, but my toes came to the very edge of the shoe--just didn't look good. An 8.5 would have been perfect.

This item was worn and smells gross.

I wanted these so badly! They fit higher up on the foot than expected and the zipper came off the track when I tried to put them on. I’m so sad!

These were a replacement for a the identical shoe due to a mal-functioning zipper......This replacement pair are a major disappointment ..They are like seconds.......... The quality is piss poor..........Both zippers are not very professionally positioned and the leather is kind of stretched here and there..........I wouldnt even buy them were they seconds..............I would have loved this shoe, the style, the softness of the leather and kept the pair i ordered in red........I do however prefer leather to suede but kept the red suede because there were no others to choose from ..............This has to be the worst experience with zappos shoe quality to date Ive ever received....wheres quality control???????????????????????????????

I was so disappointed - these shoes are gorgeous. But they do not offer half sizes. The reviews and chart said to order down so I ordered a 9. I could not even get the shoe on, the arch is tight. I offered them to a friend who is also a size 9 and she managed to get them on but the arch was so tight she could not wear them. These are truly beautiful shoes but don't order if you have higher arches.

I need to return these shoes half size smaller

Received the new shoes and they fit great but one of the shoes was not brand new :( So disappointed

not a true 12 otherwise lovely sandals sad to return them

These shoes are very soft and comfortable and are true to size, but I absolutely hated the way they look. I am very sad as they do feel good, but I just couldn't keep them.
