I found these a little tight around the toes which is surprising since other reviews said they were true to size and even too wide!? The width seems fine it’s just the material is tight. I’m going to keep them to see if they’ll stretch a bit because otherwise, they are comfy.

I usually wear 10.5 so bought 11. Fit in length but was very wide

I normally take between a size 7 1/2 and 8. Since there are no half sizes, I ordered the 7. My toes hang over the edge but the back stays up. An 8, I can tell, would be way to large and the back strap would not stay up. Contrary to the description, there is not elastic give in the back strap. The leather was beautiful and soft, wish it would have worked.

These are very good handsome shoes and I really wanted to love them. However, although I wear a 9 in most shoes (Keen, for example), these were 1" too long! As other reviewers noted, the inability to adjust (tighten or loosen) the back strap is a big negative despite the fact that not having this option provides this shoe's beautiful clean lines. So, in sum, if it fits your foot, you are indeed fortunate. But I believe there will be many that it just doesn't work for.

The shoes are very cute, but not comfortable. They are very flat with little cushioning. Unfortunately I will return them.

I bought one pair of Trang sandals this summer (the coral red -- gorgeous), and wanted a blue pair in a different style. So I tried Inlet because I like the asymmetrical shape. Unfortunately, in my usual Born size, 9, (I wear a 9.5 shoe), this sandal slipped off my shorter foot and fit well on my longer foot. With no elastic to hold it on, it's just too big. It feels a bit wider than Trang too. So alas, I have to send the beautiful blue pair back and now they're sold out in all the other styles. Too bad. Someone who's feet are more the same size will love this pair I'm returning! Enjoy.

These shoes are adorable and very well made. I usually wear a 71/2 or an 8 in born shoes but these are full size only so I ordered the 7. The left foot fit fine except the back strap didn't stay up. The right foot fit extremely narrow and tight. I think a 71/2 would be the perfect fit but born seems to be making full size only shoes now. Sad to say they are going back. So disappointed because they are very cute.

Because the back strap is not adjustable, it is difficult to have a good fit with this shoe. On the pair I ordered, there was a stitching area on the side where the leather was not caught in the stitching.

Cut but nope. You'll fall in love with the comfort and look of the sandal and then 1-2 weeks in, the back strap will stretch and start slipping off. Eventually they become unusable. Poor design, sad

Lovvvved these at first. Walked around house with them and everything fit great. Wore them once or twice, still great. Then, after a week or two, the strap stretches and falls off your heel. I've added three layers of moleskin to the strap to try to keep it up, still slips off. Maybe going to try a cobbler to shorten. Do not recommend, though.

The shoe is adorable but as soon as you start to walk the back strap slides under your heal. There is no elastic or other adjustment to tighten it to keep it on. The leather is good quality.

Absolutely love these shoes but the back strap does not stay up. They are my right size. I think I read this same complaint. So disappointed

I have severe nerve damage in my right foot and have so much trouble finding shoes that feel good.

Very nice shoe but it the strap was so soft, I don't feel like it will hold up over time.

Great looking shoe, fit of the front strap was perfect at the toes but too wide on the back side. No arch support.

Just as the other reviews, this shoe does not fit properly on the back. The shoe seems to have a design flaw. It should have an adjustable back sling. Returning.

When I buy $100 shoes I expect them to last longer than a week. I think I wore these three or four times and the stitching holding the leather upper onto the sole is coming apart. Everyone says to order a half size smaller, but they were definitely too tight.

I received these sandals a couple weeks ago. Initially they were very comfortable. After wearing them a couple of times the shoes stretched out. Now the strap in the back stretched so much it no longer stays up on my foot. I can not wear these sandals anymore because they are too big. I guess I should have purchased a smaller size. I wasted my money.

These need to come in wide width. They are cute but not functional for those of us with a wider foot. Needs some arch support too.

These shoes are attractive but very uncomfortable. The leather cuts into the skin which is a problem. It's not something that is likely to go away upon use. Also fairly narrow.
