Exactly what I expected. Right fut and color. And always comfortable shoes

I love these shoes. They are super comfortable right out of the box, and absolutely darling to look at. What more could anyone want.

Great shoes I have 5 pairs, as soon has they go on sale I will buy more.

I am glad to get shoes here that fit my feet which I cannot find in any retail store where I live.

Really pretty design: the "flowers" on the fabric are cut-out and has delicate stitching around cut-outs, and the strap has pretty tiny softest pink and grey printed flowers. The strap has velcro on the inside - super easy to do/undo, and it is plenty long if you have a high arch. Overall good quality. Moderate to good arch support, depending how much arch you have i suppose. The sole is thick rubber and has good tread which I look for to prevent slipping, except that the rubber is a bit hard not soft so not sure how well it would "grip" onto a smooth wet floor. The sole is a bit stiff when I push off my toes but not bad. Design is a airy light summer shoes - the sides are somewhat low and the toe vamp / toe box / toe cap just barely covers my toe cleavage. They are a bit on the heavy side, specially for a summer walking shoe. Moderate overall side to side foot support. I was surprised to find that the "fabric" is not really fabric at all it is more of a soft rubber or plastic and does not stretch. They are pretty and my daughter (in her 50's) loved them and had no issue with them, but they did not work for me (in my early 80's) because: 1. toe box was too restrictive and the fabric does not stretch; 2. sole too stiff for me; and 3. shoes too heavy for me.

I HATE sending these back, but they're just not comfortable on my feet. The length is good - -the straps are a tad loose for me , the toes a little hard, and the sides come up a little high toward my ankles. It is so rare for me to find a shoes that actually FITS me (size 12), so it saddens me that these just aren't comfortable enough to keep.

They were a little tight around the foot joint to my big toe when I put them on the first time but they stretched ever so slightly to fit good. The only thing I don't like is the long velcro - my prior pair had a short one that went through the loop near the side. I prefer that. They are cute shoes and nicely padded.

I should have taken Zappos advice and ordered a size larger. This pair is stiffer than a previous pair I owe.

I had bought a pair of these some years ago at Costco and I loved them so much I wanted the same pair. The pair I got is not exactly the same, style-wise, and I liked my old ones better for looks, but comfort-wise they are definitely as comfortable, if not more so. Also I ordered the same size as my Costco-bought ones, though that isn't my usual shoe size, so they ended up being too big. Customer service was fantastic; very friendly, capable and flexible. They sent me another smaller pair (my acutal size) and they fit fine. I would use Zappos again in the future. Thank you.

These are good sandals and I will keep them, but would much rather have been able to get them in the Cherry Blossom style. I am very disappointed that style has been discontinued.

Ugly. I needed a comfortable shoe for everyday work wear but I just couldn't hang with these.

The heel area was too roomy and felt just a little too short in length. These were returned.
