These are so so beautiful. The nubuck is very soft, and the shoe is lightweight and very very comfortable. About sizing, I'm a solid 8 in US sizes, but 39 has always been perfect in European sizing. One the website, size 8 is listed as a 38, but in looking at the actual sizing conversion chart, it's more like 7.5 to 8, and 39 is 8 to 8.5. I got the 39 and they are perfect. If I had gone with the way it was written, I'm sure the 38 would have been too small.

I love my new coral Lisane shoes! What color they bring to my summer outfits!!! They go perfectly with all my coral tops and dresses. Mephisto is such a great quality shoe line. They never fails me.

This is a very attractive slide on sandal. The inner sole is extremely comfortable and the shoe is quite comfortable. I have a bunion and somewhat wide feet but this shoe molded nicely to my foot.

The Mephiso Lisane sandals do run a little bit small. I have many other Mephisto shoes and sandalsand wear a 39 in all of them. In this particular style, the 39 was too short and I returned them for the 40. The sandals themselves are very comfortable. They have a great footbed -- it is much softer than I expected. They do rub a small amount on the top of the foot and they rub on the pinkie toe on my right foot. They look great but are not quite as comfortable as I had hoped. I had high hopes for them. I have already ordered them in another color that I haven't worn yet and I think I will be returning those. Although I really like the sandal, I will not be investing in multiple pairs. With all that said, I think the discomfort I feel is strictly due to the shape of my foot and not any flaw in the sandal design. I am hoping as I break them in and they shape to my feet, the discomfort in the areas I mentioned will go away.

I really liked this shoe but the 39 was too small. I normally wear a size 9 in US Sizes and a 39 in Mephisto. I have several pairs of Mephisto boots and some sandals all in size 39. But in this sandal, the 39 was just a touch too small and I returned them for a 40. I thought the 40 was perfect but it does rub a little on the top of the shoe where my foot goes on and also very slightly on my right pinkie toe. I am hoping that as they break-in they will stop rubbing. So, they are not quite as comfortable as I had hoped. But, they are really beautiful and I think once they are broken in they should be fine. But, as of now, I can't give them the 5 stars for comfort.

I really like the style and quality of this sandal, but the fit was too small. The camel scratch was also a bit too close to my skin color, which created an odd effect. I’m exchanging for a 40 in the gray suede.

The shoe looked great and length seemed true to size, but my foot flopped around when I tried to walk. It was just too wide, sadly

I'm disappointed in these. It's the fifth pair of Mephisto shoes I've bought this year, but the first time they didn't fit. These are small, and I bought an 11. My heel goes right to the edge, and would slip over it easily. The leather band across the top was also tight. I typically wear a 10.5 in most shoes, so it's hard to believe I really needed a 12 in these. Bummed that I still am on the hunt for a comfy tan colored mule wedge.

These run really small!!! Tried a couple styles but they all seem to be a full size too short. Now I can’t find the next size, but I’ll keep trying!!! Love these sandals!

Love the style, quality, but they do run small!

From the reviews I’d really hoped these would be very comfortable but didn’t think they were, at least for me. I really need arch support and I didn’t feel much at all.I also have somewhat narrow feet and they were a bit wide. Very nice looking though!

I am usually a 7.5 medium. I liked the shoe, but it was a bit wide, and a bit long. This is a frequent problem for me, unfortunately.

Disappointing as the uppers are made a really cool looking metallic-painted material. But they run short and the uppers are not flattering on the foot because they extend too far.

I really wanted to love these shoes and ordered them in a size 7 which would be my normal size and it was too small. Thought maybe ordering one size larger would work. Ordered the 8 and sadly it was not comfortable either. Had to return both. Something was slightly off with the fit of these. Loved the look of them though.

Left foot would not fit in the shoe the right shoe fit but had to push really hard with heel sticking out slightly. Way too narrow for my admittedly 8 1/2 wider footbed. Also not worth the price point - back they go!

For the price, I expected more. These are Euro sized, and were small. The leather was also scuffed on the sides. Overall, they did not look like $200 sandals.

I buy Mephisto a lot. I could barely get my foot into these. Disappointed because I love the style.

Ultimately did not like the cut of the upper of the shoe, that goes across top of foot. Would have rather had straight line of leather, and wider.

What's up Mephisto? This shoe is not just small, it's super small! I wear a 7.5-8 in most shoes and, based on other reviews, ordered a 9. It's too small so I'm returning it. Pretty sandal, bad sizing.
