Love these! Totally not something I would normally purchase, but I could not be happier (all my things are normally high heeled or black). Wanted something to walk long distances in that weren't flip flops, as I find flip flops sloppy. These are super cute and ultra comfortable, magic for my flat feet.

I own many pairs of Mephisto Helens because they fit so well and are so comfortable. I have a wide foot and a high instep, making it difficult to find comfortable shoes. These are perfect for me and the colors are great. The flower is a nice addition to the sandals.

I loves these sandals and my feet do too. The color is perfect for Spring. It’s the kind of sandal you can walk miles in.

I loved the look and style of these sandals and they were super comfortable. Unfortunately, my pinky toes slide just over the side of the sandals, making these sandals, sadly, un-keepable. My feet are average-width and I've never experienced this with any other sandals. If there was a "ridge" (like with Birks) or even 1/8" more width, this wouldn't happen and I'd have a new pair of favorite sandals.

I have never purchased Mephisto before because I found them to be stiff, uncomfortable, and ugly. However this style has changed my mind. Very comfortable out of the box and very cute on the feet.

I agree with a couple of the other reviews regarding the shoe being stiff and the footbed being narrow. I have narrow to medium feet depending on the shoe, and even this shoe was too narrow for me. The foot bed is about A half an inch too narrow, so your foot will not rest inside the footbed and rather spills over. I could feel the lip of the molded foot bed at the side edges of my feet And the toe divider is very stiff and feels like cheap leather. The style is very cute and that’s about it.

I have a wide foot and a high instep. These fit me perfectly and are very comfortable. I have tried Birks, but they don't fit my foot as well and my feet hurt after just a few hours. With Mephistos, I can wear them all day and night with no problem.

Loved the color, fit and look of the shoe, but the leather straps are very rigid and stiff. The toe thong is very rough and stiff also larger than usual. I have kept the shoes as I hope they soften up because they are really cool. Hope I don't get blisters ...Wish me luck!!

My feet have become rather finicky lately which led my exploration into “comfort” brands that weren’t ugly. This shoe delivers on all fronts! I got the neutral taupe color & it looks so current, yet is extremely comfortable with no break in time. Great with wide leg / boyfriend cut jeans & midi & shorter skirts. Yes, they’re expensive, but the quality is superb & my poor feet deserve them!

These shows are adorable and the flower gives a bit of closure. These do not look like flip flops. Great for spring and summer.

I got these in the black and could not be happier. I wear a normal size 9 and these fit great. I did have to modify the flower as it was too big and floppy. Would recommend this particular sandal.

I have owned several Mephistopheles Helens over the last 20 years. These fit exactly as expected, are incredibly comfortable and cute with the flower on top. Got the red!

They are soooo cute. They fit very well. My only concern is that the thong isn’t completely finished on both sides. I’m hoping the unfinished edge doesn’t make my toe sore. If it does, I’ll just put a small piece of moleskin on it. They are just too cute not to keep.

Perfect fit

These are a really great upgrade to the Helens. My first Mephistos were black Helen sandals, and I've owned at least three pairs over the last 30 years. I get them refurbished at least once before deciding that I need an altogether new pair. Love that about Mephisto. These red ones with the flower on top are so great. I get a lot of compliments on them and they fit exactly the same as the Helens, so they're awesome. Highly recommend.

Fabulous look and feel!

I may be buried in these shoes, lol! They are so comfortable and I'll have them for many years ahead. You get what you pay for with nice brands like these and the pretty flower makes them stand out.

I'm so happy with these and can't wait to wear them and they seem so comfortable.

I am a size 9 and the 39 fit great. These red flower sandals are so cute especially with a casual white cotton dress for summer. I walked for over 2 miles in them one day and they rubbed near my second toe(next to big toe) so I had to put on bandaids. This doesn't usually happen to me with Mephisto sandals and luckily I am not usually walking for miles at a time in them. I am happy I bought them since they are comfortable for basic use and look fun.
