Comfortable right out of the box. My husband has two pairs in different colors. They are his favorite footwear.

I normally wear 8.5 or 9 wide width. Ordered 9 wide width and my toes felt like they were being crushed in every direction. For some people, this shoe will work well. The look and feel of the product was good and I would have kept them if it were not for the fit. Returned.

Wanted to make these boots work for me but too many strikes against. Strike 1: Way too small. I normally wear a size 11 1/2 or 12, I got these in a 12 and I’m guessing I would need a size 14! Strike 2: Too narrow. I have a narrow foot and I think I would actually need to order a wide size, which I have never worn in my life! Strike 3: The tongue gusset is too thick and bunches up against my ankles right behind one of the eyelets. And yes, even a strike 4: For some reason the tread pattern is shorter on the inside of the heel making my foot lean inward as I step. I have never seen this before. With all of these issues I didn’t bother exchanging for another size.
