This is the 2nd time we have tried this brand and style of shoes. Both have been returned unfortunately. The shoes are beautiful, stylish, and quality seems good (though this is only from observation as I have never been able to wear them). The ankle strap is way too large, even on the tightest adjustment. Both myself and my 16 year old daughter have tried these shoes. We both have average size ankles - and the straps are just hanging around the foot. Not sure who these are going to fit but we give up!

Beautiful shoes but they started falling apart during the first wear! The jewel strip on the ankle strap came off partially and the sole started to separate. I think they may have been dry rotted because I’ve never had shoes fall apart like this. This review is for the shoes only and doesn’t reflect on Zappos in any way. They of course took them back and refunded me. They are awesome!!

The shoes are imperfect. It looks like the glue run out in the back of the heels as well as the front of the shoes
