I tried them on an they were almost a whole size too big. I’m hoping the size 9 will fit better but I I’m not so sure about the support feeling they give. Felt flat to me an the inserts were so cheaply made they were not even glued in right.

Felt heavy on feet, weighed me down . Hurt in toe area. Overall, too heavy and too uncomfortable.

Hard soles,not very comfortable

Not true to size. Very disappointed. Just order a half size up because they're very uncomfortable.

This shoe was too narrow as soon as I put it on. I guess my foot is just maybe too wide to wear this one.

Love the style. But they killed my toes the metal plate cuts into between my pinky and other toe. If I had to work more then 8 hours in them I would have quit!

The fit and size is terrible unfortunately. They feel perfect at first and the more you walk, the worse it gets. I worked at the Amazon warehouse for my first couple days in these shoes and it was horrendous! I have blisters and my feet hurt so bad. Very unsatisfied!

When My toes bent while walking normally the edge of the comp toe sliced down into my toes. I had them on for maybe 2 minutes and had a red line across all of them when I took them off.

Toe cap was not wide enough on the wide width. Shoe also was generally just not comfortable either. Arch support was not very good.

I wish I could get my shoes tailor made. My feet are two different sizes, so I have to order them to fit my larger foot. With that said, my right shoe was slipping with every step I took. The left shoe was pressing down on one of my toes. I now have a bruised toenail and await the day the nail falls off. The shoes are super cute. I wish they fit. I am in the process of trying to reorder, but wide isn't popular for women's sizes.

They fit narrow So I suggest you get a wider size

I have no idea how to describe this but the toe box is just way too narrow. I also ordered a size up and still had the same issue. Since it’s a safety toe there’s no give in the shoe and the narrow toe box creates pain. Absolutely can hardly work in them, which is sad since they seemed really comfortable at first and are super cute.

Comp toe shoes, although practical, are just not comfortable at all. They are so stiff.

Like all the composite toe safety shoes approved for my job, these are painful after just a few hours. Even my knees ached for the first time ever. On these Reebok, the heel is too wide, even with thick socks, and the wide toe-box fits like medium width. Sizing up wouldn't help. Like all the safety shoes, they have almond toe caps that rub, and none are actually shaped like a wide foot. After having tried many pairs elsewhere I'm giving up and keeping these to have on hand for short jobs with greater risk. It would be helpful if these shoe companies started from scratch with a study of healthy bare feet and biomechanics. I'm looking for zero drop, no toe spring, splay toes, flexibility. My feet are strong and don't need 'extra support', nor a corset, just protection from heavy objects and noxious fluids. Style should follow function, not the reverse.

Look good comfortable but they ripped the first day I wore them

First day of wearing these shoes after receiving it last week. I worked 5 hours shift and 2 hours into my shift, it started to really hurt. By the end of my shift I could barely walk. The shoes is cute, but definitely not comfortable for standing and walking for 5 hours.

Overall it was okay but not comfortable at all. Hurt my feet really really bad.

The steel toe shoes are very very uncomfortable . I barely made it through my 10 hr shift. I’m afraid to wear them again. Have no clue where to go from here.

I didn’t realize how big these were going to look on my foot, my feet looks extra long/big in these, Like Donald Ducks, I would love to send these back to Exchange for a better Style and size down if possible, My Partner says they’re for working in so why not keep them but that’s just like him to say ????????

The shoes are work shoes and after wearing them for 4 hours, My feet were in pain. I recommend wearing them for an hour at a time to get used to these shoes.

Hurts on the small toe.

The size is larger I can't wear it I want to return but I don't know how?

VERY DISAPPOINTED in the LACK of selection and sizes in woman's safety shoes!!! New Balance, you only offer size 6.5 or 13?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! Had to settle for this work shoe, and the size because that's the ONLY size comperable to my size that you offered. VERY UNACCEPTABLE!!! Only purchased these because I am required to wear these most uncomfortable work shoes..

The protective hard toe was too long. It didn't bend with my foot and toes when I walked; it bent in the middle of my foot, but my bones don't bend there. Returned them.

I ordered these through the women's selection. They came as what was equivalent to a woman's but in a mans size. So not true to a woman's foot. They are way too big, but not going through the hassle of returning them. They are very uncomfortable since they don't fit a woman's foot correctly. So disappointed.
