I bought these Beefy T shirts in the past and they fit great in medium. I wear them often even now. I just bought a new one expecting the same fit: but the new medium is too small after it shrinks in the wash/dry. So I tried a Large: too big. I guess they switched manufacturers or something.

Hanes Beefy-T Crewneck Short-Sleeve T-Shirt I have worn these in XL for years and never had a problem. The shirt your your putting out now is cut at least one size smaller and very tight. The material is not heavy like they use to be. If you need to charge more money for a superior product then you should do so but please don't cheapen up your products. This also goes for your sweatshirts. Your Premium Reverse Weave sweatshirt was the best. If you loose your customer base due to shoddy products you won't get them back. RichW

Great Tee shirts, they run little small in size one you get the size worked out you are well on you way to have a classic tee shirt.

Collar stitching did not lay flat in the front on 2 of the shirts (wavy). Shirt-tail stitching fell out of one of the shirts in the first wash.

These shirts run impossibly small. They are tight and shrink. Do not recommend.

I have bought hanes white T-shirts for years but after the last two purchases, I'm done with hanes. The quality is terrible. You can buy one time and the next time the shirts don't fit the same. Just bought a new package yesterday and they fit like you have them on backwards. Low collar in the back and high collar in the front. Your other products like socks have gone down hill too. No more hanes for me!

Cut very small. I wear a 3x and bouggt a 3x and to be a beefy tee it fits like an xl or a very snug 2x

I really wanted to love this shirt. The colors were great and the fabric was both soft and thick. However, it shrunk an entire size when washed on warm and dried on ultra low. So obviously this isn't pre-shrunk cotton. So disappointing since I haven't had this issue with other shirts. Had to give the shirt away after just one wear. My recommendation is to buy a size up if you can to accommodate for this. Unfortunately, it was out of stock in the size up for me. Buyer beware!

I ordered 3 L shirts, 3 different colors. Only the maroon shirt fits. The others are so tight I gave them to my wife - a bit large for her, but other than use as rags, they are of no use to me. No more orders from me.

I have been buying Hanes beefy-t's for many years. They use to be tagless and a very reliable fit. But, the last bunch I bought are no longer tagless, and now have 2 big tags at collar. Although these shirts still have the same model name and number, the fit is entirely different than tagless version of this shirt. The new ones are considerably more narrow in the body, and too long in torso. The bottom of the shirts all curl up at the seam - like a cuff on pants. I couldn't be more disappointed. I would probably not buy Hanes product again. The problem is not so much that it is a different shirt. The problem is that it is represented as the same shirt with tags.

Underwear is very good but beefy tees are terrible. Two shirts were shipped in a ball in a brown envelope (not folded in a plastic bag). They smelled terribly! Washed them and after using fabric softener they felt like cardboard...don't believe it when they tell you the material is soft. Also, one had a run in it. However, Hanes did honor my complaint and refund my money. Tossed the beefy tees!

I bought 5 shirts and they all had different fits. 3 of them fit well but again they fit differently. 2 were super short and one was more boxy than the others. They were all larges and I am 6' 160lbs

I have been wearing Beefy-T's for a long time. When I received this order of twelve I was saddened to find they all had TAGS. Not just one TAG, but two! I thought we had ascended to a higher plain than this. It is a shame that Hanes has reverted back to the "Minnie Pearl" exposed tag fashion style.

Poor sizing. Inaccurate fit

You changed your shirts from a year or to ago. The quality is not as good. Also, these shirts have tags and they stick out of the shirt. This most recent order, one of my white shirts had a stain around the collar. I was reimbursed for that shirt, thank you.

Two sizes too small. I dont know why they call them beefy. The fabric seems like a standard thickness.

Collars on beefy t's made in Ethiopia are epic failures. Stretch out without ever being washed, as compared to those made in Haiti. Called Hanes, asked for Quality Control, told they don't have one. Called Hanes Brands, left 2 messages for QC, never heard back. Certainly not beefy t's of old.

Runs super small

I opened one of four shirts I purchased. The shirt seems to be made well, and I don't have problems with the material or workmanship. However, I am having trouble trying to find shirts that fit. In just about everything I wear a 2X, ant it fits fine. I tried some of your 2X shirts, and they were too tight around my belly; I returned all that weren't opened. So I thought I'd try 3X and ordered 4. It fits well-enough around the belly but the shoulders are much too wide with the seem half-way down my arm. The length is also too long for my liking, but I can live with that. All of my old 2X shirts fit fine, so this is a relatively new problem that seems to be universal. 2X & 3X are built for muscle-bound men. I figured the 2XT and 3XT shirts might be built more for them but I guess I'm wrong. It looks like I'll have to return the remaining 3X as well. I cannot find a size that fits even close to those of us who are more portly. They used to be very common. Something changed. I'll keep looking. Maybe I'll get lucky yet.

Purchased these t-shirts several years ago and liked them. these were very bad quality. Where the sleeve connects to body of shirt was very poorly sewn. not worth giving away. just trashed them

I like the quality and color of the shirt material. However, the sizing and styling are strange. The torso and sleeves are tiny and completely straight, with no apparent curves or tapering, except, for some reason, the shoulders are very wide. Additionally, the neck hole is freakishly large. I would normally recommend ordering a shirt one or two sizes larger than you would normally buy, but the fit would still be wrong. I can only imagine these shirts fitting some type of alien from a sci-fi movie. I'm sorry to be harsh, but it's difficult to convey how badly this fits.

Short length no

I got 4 t shirts, all size large, and they are all different widths, one doesn't fit at all! The smallest one is about 4 inches smaller around! I have never seen anything like this!

i am very disappointed. All of the shirts are very small and don't fit well.

The xl is short and wide. It's a solid material but I seem to have a problem finding a shirt with the proper length.
