Shrinks a lot, good quality other than that.

I've ordered many of hear in the past and they've been great but this time, the shirt tore two holes after being washed once! I don't know exactly why but it seems like the quality was not as good as what I remembered before.

Fit wasn't what I expected. The shirts had tags versus tagless.

I have several 3X Beefy-Ts day I bought about 5 years ago, they are great but starting to show their age... however, these new shirts are not as heavy of material, thickness is like a regular weight... but the real issue is, new out of the bag these are a good 3-4" shorter than my originals as well as the new Comfort Washed shirts that arrived with them, which I highly recommend. These Beefy-Ts are no longer than they are wide, I am average height and these are too short for me, as a result these are relegated to the "only wear around the house" drawer. I will not be ordering them again.

I bought these shirts in the past. They used to be a great durable heavy weight shirt that would last years. The newer shirts are very thin and the shape is completely different. No longer a slim fit. Not worth it.

Every time I buy a Hanes shirt, I get something different. In the past, some have been on a par with the best brands. Other times, they fit badly, have silly material choices (like using white interface material on the pockets of black shirts) Some have been ring-spun cotton, and some have been crude fabric that looks old even when it's new. Some fit great, others are too short. Sometimes the necks last a long time and other times they stretch out and curl up. Some are tagless, some have tags that can't be removed, and others yet have tags that are nasty long, but are easily ripped out (but then there's the extra time and hassle of holding the shirt up by the shoulder seams in order to figure out which way to put it on). Some have strong, heavy, almost luxurious fabric, others are too sheer for my taste. Last time I ordered several shirts, all the same style (but different colors) and no two of them were alike. If you read a review and it's good, then they person got lucky. All I can think to suggest is to buy a lot of them and then send back the ones you don't like. If enough people do this, then perhaps Hanes will eventually be inspired to do a better job of sorting and standardization. Maybe someone wants light fabric - fine advertise it as such. Others want heavier fabric - call out the weight and then ship what you call out. Call out tagless, tags, or removable tags (leaving no tags). Sell short shirts as short. You get the idea - say what you do then do what you say!

I wish quality control was better. I bought 10 Beefy tees and 4 are irregular with unevenly stitched and stretched out collars. Can't recommend because of that.

These are in the giveaway pile. Washed before wearing and they shrunk about 4 inches in length.

Older Beefy-Ts were of substantial, weighty materials. These new shirts are thin and light-weight. Many Hane's products are excellent, but these t-shirts are very disappointing.

I like the thickness of the shirts but they shrunk up so much they are belly shirts now

In virtually every other shirt I own i get an XL but with hanes I forgot to order 2xl and now I need to return a bunch of shirts. I was on the fence about keeping them but after a test wash of one shirt and the subsequent shrinkage I will be returning for a refund.

I've been wearing these shirts for over 10 years. I wear an XL This last order the shirts were marked XL but they were all differently. 1 was XXL 1 the shoulders were not even with the neck You must have a new factory that is sewing them

Not like the old beefy tee. Plus has rip of tag instead of tag less. Lighter weight and not the same fit.

washed in cold water and thay lost there shape very disappointed

I've already washed and worn a couple of the T-shirts I bought and after one use it is clear that the product is inferior. My deodorant has permanently caused the dye to fade on each shirt. Won't be buying anything from this source again.

I have worn Beefy-T's for decades but they are now thinner so I'm now looking elsewhere for my shirts. I just bought a couple of Hanes and they are now in a pile of stuff going to Goodwill.

I buy 5 of these T-shirt every 6 month. Cuz I liked how thick it was. BUT, this time, it was thinner as normal t- shirt. Not really Beefy anymore. Very sad...

Made with cheaper materials, Resulting in a thinner T-shirt. Second, instead of the size information being silkscreen onto the shirt, you now have annoying tags that need to be cut off. As a result, if you cut the tags off, you don't know what size you're dealing with. Hanes, if you read this, please go back to the thicker material and change back the tags.

The quality of the Beefy T Shirt has declined greatly. The reasons I buy (bought) the beefy shirt were heavier fabric, snug fit around the neck, and tagless. This latest batch of shirts has none of these characteristics. Very disappointed. I will be shopping elsewhere for quality T shirts.

I bought several for my husband. He tried them on and they fit very well, but the gray ones shrank a lot. Even lengthwise, they are way to short now. We always expect shirts to shrink some, but these shrunk way more then we expected, even when drying on low heat. If we order again, I'll definitly size up.

Two of the shirt I got had two holes in the armpit when I got them. Now I keep finding thread coming undone. I use them for work shirts so it's not that big of a deal.

2XL is not true to size. Very tight in the body. Compared to all my other 2XL shirts they fit well everywhere but tight in the body. I have several other Hanes shirts that fit real well. That's why I ordered these. Also have other brands that fit well but are not as heavy material. Wanted the heavy material and that has now changed. Less quality, same price.
