I am a plus size woman the shirts fit and are the right color for work

I live in these 10 months out of the year, so I need to replace them periodically. I've been wearing XL for three years and ordered several more in that size. About half them are too small. They're labeled "XL" but are a good half-size smaller. I wash them in cold water and dry on the medium setting, so if they've shrunk, that's a new flaw.

I am impressed the shirts are of Good quality material MN and very pleased with the length.

Tried one of these on, it fit well. Then I washed it and it shrank a lot, so much so that I can't wear it. Good thing I tried with only 1 before I ruined all 12 that I purchased. Order a size bigger! They are quite comfortable and a really good deal otherwise.

I have washed these T's several times. I wash on cold and dry on low. I am still disappointed in how they come out of the dryer. They look wrinkle and like they had not been hung up.

These are nice shirts, but I wanted ones with a pocket. Think I goofed

I have a few Hanes Beefy T's that I've had for many years. I still wear them. The fit is just right and I've been quite pleased with how they've held up over many years of wear. The new Beefy T's I purchased are the same size (large) as the older shirts that I still wear. These new ones have a different cut and feel smaller. As I said, I do still wear my much-older shirts that are also size large and the fit is just right.

I bought a Beefy-T about 15 years ago and it's still in good condition and the fit is good. I just bought 3 of the same size (M) and they were too small so I bought 3 (L) and they fit much better but are 4 inches too long. The material is very good and the shirt will last a long time but I don't want to wear a dress.

thick, cottony feel..solid after washing, doesn't seem to fade too fast

I didn't like the way they fit on me. I'm 5'9" which is fairly tall for a woman. They still fell below my hips. I washed them, and they were still that long (which is a good thing--they don't shrink). I ended up giving them to my husband.

The hems at the bottom of the Tee shirts I have purchased roll up and look sloppy. This is true of EVERY Tee purchased from Hanes. However the fabric and color choice is great.

I thought that there would be small medium and large, and that I would get a small men's size for gardening. What I got was small women's. True, the shirt was long, which I wanted, but tight, and I am a small (size 6) women. And I believe they did shrink a little after washing so I will use delicate cycle form now on.

Every couple years I buy several in different colors because these are such a bargain. This year, a few of the colors simply did not fit well at all, like the proportions of the back and front and the placement of the sleeves were out of whack. The other colors fit really nicely. The fabric is soft and sturdy.

I was surprised at how much the XL shirts shrunk during washing. I followed the instructions but shirts that fit comfortably before washing were tight after. I would recommend purchasing a size larger.

the shirts are really stiff The black is a true black unlike xtemp but I prefer the Xtemp feel. Shirt collars are beefy while the shirts are stiff. Not the same same Hanes quailty in past year. I say go with the xtemp IF AVAIL

Nice T shirt but was hoping for a much thicker, stronger 100% cotton material

It fits great, and feels great; but the bottom hem on some of the shirts is terrible. The bottom hem ripped apart right away.

These large tall tees are nice but fit tight around waist and stomach. I'm not a very wide person so I don't know who they're cut for.

Bought a medium in two different colors. One was too tight but good length, the other was not tight but too short. Neither shirt has a total satisfactory fit. I also don't care for the really wide collar. The material is nice and sturdy though, quality fabric.

It seems that sizing doesn't matter. The last time I order shirts I had to take one to be hemmed up as it was a tall instead of regular length. This time one of then fits more like a large than a extra large. Can not wear it. I have been wearing these shirts for years and never had this many problems with sizing as I have had in the last 6 months.

Nice shirts, but run a size small. 2XL fits like a 1XL!

They are good quality & fit well however, you will have to continually tuck them in. I guess they need to be a little longer

My family loves and has bought Beef-Ts for years. They wear well and the colors stay for a long time even when washed on hot. The problem with this new order of shirts is that when I washed and dried them on hot (which I have to do for health reasons), they didn't shrink in length but in width. I always buy bigger sizes to make up for the shrinkage but this time the shirts are too fitted around to be comfortable. I'm even smaller than the last time I bought this brand and size of shirt so I know it isn't me. I bought 5 shirts and three of them fit too snuggly around and two of them I will wear...the other 3 will have to go to one of my grandkids.

I returned the order that I purchased. The beefy white the shirts were the same size and fit as the normal to shirts. Was not impressed at all.

When ordering online e careful when picking your color. The color of the shirt I thought I was getting was supposed to be a Deep Red. That's what it looked like on the screen. In reality it was a Bright Orange. The description did say Orange, but in a very tiny print that was not obvious. When looking back at the order screen the colors look almost identical. Very subtle difference. The actual product was very obviously different. Be warned: read the fine print.
