These are my 6th pair of Cole Haan shoes in the last couple years. I would say in terms of sizing they run closest to true sizing. I've been going up a half size on anything I buy online because my ZeroGrands definitely ran on the small side. The tongue on this pair is integrated into the upper and bunches up if you tie them too tight which puckers it and can be slightly irritating. I added a pair of thin insoles to them which made them a perfect fit. I've gotten more compliments on these than any other pair of shoes I've bought recently. I would definitely recommend them and am more than likely to buy some other colors in this style.
