nothing i love more then getting done with a workout & taking my sweaty socks and shoes off and slipping my HEYDUDE's on!! they are really comfy.. i usually wear a 9.5 but for a tight and secure fit i got a 9 and they fit so good. my feet are narrow too and it was still a good fit!
