Absolutely hated these. Not nearly as comfortable as my 6 other pairs of dudes. Tight fit - very annoying

I'd give this company zero stars if I could!!! First time customer and the shoes didn't fit. They would not let me return them because somewhere in the "description" of the shoe it said "final sale". Would DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THESE SHOES OR THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!

I love Hey due shoes, but their automated customer service is the worst in any industry! I own 4 pairs of hey dudes, these slides were delivered and way too small (must be defective based on all the other pairs I own). The return system/process would not allow a return, and I was never able to speak or chat with a live person. I will find another brand, and never own another pair again!

Received them only a week ago and the elastic is already tearing up. I researched extensively and dont typically pay this much for a loafer/slip on, but I was willing to try. They are so comfortable but already coming apart and I cant return because they are on sale.

I have sent Hey Dude several e-mails stating that the shoes I received, though sized the same as my street shoes, nevertheless don't fit. They are too small to the point of being uncomfortable. I have twice received e-mails supposedly guiding me through the return process only to be stonewalled with the statement that the shoes can't be returned. Why not? Now Hey Dude has an unhappy ex-customer who has no intention of ever buying from them again. Bad business.

I paid full price. You wouldn't let me exchange them. 1 shoe was defective. And I bought them as returnable if needed. Will never buy from you again.

The pair of lex is I purchased are small and very narrow. I'm unable to wear them how do I return them?
