I accidentally ordered the wrong size and because they were on sale can't return them! This was my first pair of Hey Dudes and probably my last. I offered to pay postage to return them because I have no where to go with them but that was rejected by Hey Dude. So I'm not happy with Hey Dude and won't be promoting them to my family and friends.

My husband couldnt fit his foot into the shoe! He normally wears a size 14 and the shoe fit more like a size 11! We waited weeks for them to come in! Weve heard such great things and sadly we are very disappointed

These were on sale so I bought them for a gift. Size 12 ran too bug and I was not allowed to exchange them. Be careful if you buy any on sale!

To small sent them back still have not heard anything about my return.

Unable to exchange for larger size because of restrictive return policy.

I have 2 other pair of Hey Dudes in the same size as these and they are great. These do not fit the same. Won't even stay on my feet. Tried to return but told they were a clearance item and I couldn't. Clearance because they are defective, maybe?

Hey Dude won't allow you to return clearance shoes. How crazy is that? I'll never buy a pair of shoes from them again

Every pair I own is a size 11 and are loose. I buy these on clearance with no returns and a size 11 are at least 2 sizes too small!

size 12 is like 10.5; order larger than norm...
