I did not originally purchase this from Zappos, but another retailer. Loved the look, style, and various compartments including the padded interior zippered compartment for carrying & protecting a laptop. Used this as both a work and carry-on travel bag. Sadly, I am now on Zappos looking for a different option as the handles completely deteriorated (faux leather flaked off) and it was no longer usable. This might be a good option if you aren't too tough on your totes and you are seeking a reasonable, relatively inexpensive option but beware the durability is limited.

I've had it less than a year and the strap is warn and about to break. I have lightly used it to carry my laptop and a few folders.

The only issue I had was there was someone’s dirty used mask in the pocket of the bag. I sanitized it and continued to use. But disgusting that the mask was left in the pocket when it was shipped to me!
