I bought my boots at the Yorkshire Show in July 2023 - they were sold to me as being waterproof - nothing could be further from the truth - 8 months on I have been wearing leaky boots now for over a month - not value for money

I have been wearing ariats for over 10 yrs. Never had a problem with sizing. All my ariats have been a size 6. That's what I ordered. These boot were huge!!!! & too narrow. Did the quality of your boots change!

The boots looked like they've been worn, gravel bits in between the bottom treads, and the tongue of the boot was worn out. I immediately returned them as I expected a brand new pair of boots since I paid full price. I emailed customer service about the concern and never received a response.

These boots are extremely expensive when they only last six months before falling apart and leaking. The seams split and water and mud get in. How disappointing!

I bought these as I thought the zip would be more practical than my lace-up tellurides. How wrong was I! My original pair lasted over 2 years - these I have less than 12 months and already the zip is too stiff, the seams and leather has split on both boots. These comments seem to echo those from other people They are also not as comfortable as my orginal Telluride 2's. I wear these alot and rely on them for their support as I had injuries to my back and ankle which I found that the Ariat footwear supports well. This pair of boot however I have found did not do as well as either my Devon Nitro Riding boots or my original Lace-up Tellurides. I wear these every day for at least 4 hours a day. The damage I do not believe is down to wear and tear but poor quality workmanship / products used as you can see the cotton unravelling in the seams. Ariat - I expect better
