This is my 4th pair, unfortunately not as comfortable as the last 3. Feels like not enough cushion or stability

Hi, I'm a little disappointed in this company is satisfactory. I reached out multiple times to the customer service representatives and nobody called me back nor responded to my email request. I purchased these two weeks before Christmas and paid for expedited shipping today. Not one person has called me back or responded to my email. I'm very disappointed and will be taking matters further and regards to getting reimbursed for two day shipping when my order came in after Christmas. However, the shoes work great for my husband's job and has no issue with the boot itself. But customer service as a whole needs to be improved and doesn't seem like you all care about the customers after all.

I tried emailing customer service to no response super comfortable boot, my feet don't sweat but not very happy with the fact this broke off before 7 days of use

Little heavy compared to other steel toes. Little tight on some areas.

Shoe rivets fell off during first use. No help from Ariat except to spam me with surveys like this one.

Only been wearing these boots for 3 months and already junk! The soles are not durable, never had this problem with keen or timberland pro. Boots are self destructing and getting worse by the day! They were comfortable and look nice but unfortunately do not hold up.
