I’m 5’3, 125 pounds, 48 years old, muscular build. I got size 27. I don’t want to wear short shorts anymore. These shorts are awesome! The stretch is amazing, the length is perfect, the picture is exactly what I received. The higher waist is perfect. I haven’t washed it yet but I think they will wash well 98% cotton, 2% elastine. I’m looking to buy more colors in this same style.

These were a great fit. I am 5' 3" 120 lbs. and I and I got a size 4 which was perfect. They are soft and the length is perfect to where they are not too short for my age (late 40's) but short enough to still have a youthful flattering look!

These are lovely shorts but run small. As a point of reference, I'm 5'8" & 140lbs & wear a 27/4 in Gap & Banana Republic & these fit more like a 2. I'm going to order a 29 & 30 & see where I land :) Hope this helps

I was looking for shorts that were not too short or too long. These were perfect. If I want them shorter I can roll them up once. They are form fitting and true to size. I'm 5'2" 109 lb.

These shorts are amazing. Just the right length. Super comfy and stylish. My thighs tend to rub together so I usually buy long shorts, but this length felt short-ish while still separating my thighs. I want them in every color!

I bought the 28 and 29 and both fit about the same. I usually wear a size 6 or 6 petite. I'm keeping the 29 because there wasn't much difference between them and the 29 was more comfortable. I hope they don't stretch out too much.

I am over 40 and was looking for cute cut off shorts that weren’t too short but not too long. These are perfect. I am 5’4 and 138 lbs. I’m normally a 6/28 but I sized up to a 29 and they fit great.

I'm curvy, 5'3", 120 lbs. and also bought the size 27. The size is perfect and accommodates my curves without gapping. These shorts are a high-quality denim and look on trend while still being flattering and comfortable. I have 7-for-all-mankind jeans in a 26 that fit well, but I ordered these in a 27 based on prior reviews. I'm glad I did.

I am 43 with an athletic body, and I have such a hard time finding shorts that I like. As soon as I put these on, I loved them! They are comfortable and stylish; long enough to cover my cellulite but short enough to be cute. I would definitely buy these again!

Was pleasantly surprised with these. The distressing is fun without being too much. The length (4 inches) and rise are perfect for me. As you can see in the Blue Grass Wash product photo, the edges can curl up a little in some places, but not a dealbreaker for me. The edges are stitched, so they don't fray further after washing.

Super cute shorts! They have some stretch and also keep their shape. They are pretty short on me (I’m 5’ 10”) but not so short that I don’t feel comfortable in them.

These shorts are so comfortable with the perfect amount of stretch. Not too short in length and low-mid rise at waist. I love these shorts!!!!

Great fit and quality. Very comfortable on while the elastane provides just enough stretch to be super comfy.

I loved the way these shorts fit. I returned them because of the coloring on the backside was weird on my bottom. I will look for a different color in this same brand.

If you're a 27 in jeans, I would recommend going one size up for these, but they are really cute and I can squeeze into them!

New favorite shorts! I agree with the reviews on here - the 4” inseam is the perfect length! I’m also 30 yrs old and don’t want to wear short shorts anymore. I am 5’9” and 145 lbs, usually wear a 30 (size 10). Already bought a second pair!

I have purchased multiple Jean shorts this summer. Some expensive brands and some at a big box store. These are the perfect one by far! Extremely comfortable and just the right length. I ordered my usual size and they fit great. I would by these in multiple colors over and over again. They didn’t stretch out and lose their shape, but they have the right amount of stretch to be really comfortable and they feel and look like great quality. Definitely recommend!

They are SUPER stretchy! Like just stretch pants. Not a fan.
