I used to be an avid runner and gave it up because - life. So I'm getting back into it and needed some good shoes and these were the pair at the run/walk shop that actually fit my wide, square feet. I'm a forefoot striker and these were the only pair (out of the 5-6 I tried) that didn't have some funky support structure in the sole. They really fit the bill: near zero drop, wide toe box, and enough cushion without being too squishy. I've put ~60 miles on them so far and I have to say I like them a lot. Fantastic shoes.

I found my perfect everyday trainer and racing shoe to compliment my Top0 ST-3 and Xero Prio. Recommend sizing up 1/2 size. I ordered a pair in my usual size 11 and my toes hit the front of the shoe. Sizing up a half size and they are perfect! My first run was 5 miles and they felt perfect with being so light, my foot being locked in, and the subtle 3mm drop. The cushioning is a perfect balance of bounce and flexibility and let's my foot do what it needs to do to move naturally. These take just enough off my calves and allow me to recover while the ST-3 and Xero shoes help me build foot strength and speed. I hope you keep the Fli-Lyte in the Topo lineup!

I wear a woman's 11 but had to go to a men's 9 and 1/2. Was a perfect fit!

This is my 2nd pair of Fli-Lytes and love them. I usually use these for anything runs under 12 miles and I never get blisters, foot pain, etc. With the wider toe box, lightweight and breathable material, and no drop, I do not deal with as much recovery pain or discomfort. Hope this shoe continues to be available.

I love this shoe. I have bunions and Topo shoes feel amazing. I don't run more than 20 miles per week and usually no more than 6 miles at a time though. I think for longer distances I might like a thinker sole.

As a runner with lower back issues I have been struggling to find a brand with fit and comfort that would reduce the "next day" discomfort of lower back and knee issues (I played contact sports for 25 years). I reduced my miles as a result because I struggled to find road shoes that fit the bill. I was reluctant to switch from other brands-suffice to say the FL-3 is THE best running shoe I have ever purchased. Enough support, stability, room (nice toebox!), and comfort to make my knee and back issues all but disappear (I have 20+ on them so far). I have purchased many "running" brands (Brooks, Mizuno, ASICS, to name a few) and Topo is tops! I am sold! Next up, Trail shoes!

Not sure about miles but, Topos are all I ever wear 24/7. I also golf in them daily. I really love the extra room in the toe. Feels like I'm going barefoot. A dear friend turned me on to these and I am so happy. Love the colors. Please keep adding extra Men's vibrant colors! Maybe even purple someday? I have bright yellow/red, orange red, green, yellow/teal, etc. My friends always ask me where I got them?

Perfect lightweight shoe. I used to get various typical running injuries a couple of times a year, but they've pretty much stopped once I started wearing FlyLites. I'm on my fourth or fifth pair. Recurring injuries stopped once I started wearing these. I noticed that Topo appears to be discontinuing the FliLyte 3 and my size is no longer available. Really hoping you are just doing that because FliLyte 4 is coming shortly!

I use them for (Nordic) Walking. I love the roomy toe box (where my toes can splay naturally), the low drop en breathability. Walking becomes very natural with Fli-Lyte 3.

I have used many shoes in many brands - Saucony, New Balance, Hoka, Brooks, Atra. This Topo is one of the best fitting, best contoured shoes I've owned. No hot spots (a big goal of mine). It's under-rated and underestimated. I hope Topo isn't phasing it out because I plan to keep using it for a long time

Great feeling and looking shoe. The wider toe box is a game changer, especially if you have wider feet. I will definitely be getting more. Thanks

Very natural fit! First pair of running shoes I've ever had that did not give my toes blisters. I'm on my second pair.

I ran in Altra's for years but was disappointed in the new versions of their shoes. My new Topos are aresome and I'm glad I made the switch.

I have narrow feet so I was nervous about the bigger toe box. It wasn't a problem at all! The shoes fit snug and the extra toe room is great. I use them for the gym and short runs. They provide great stability and cushioning for weight training, HIIT workouts and everyday use. Getting back into running and wanted to try a more natural approach so I tried them in a couple short runs, 3 miles. They work well but I noticed I need more cushioning. Gonna try the phantoms for running.

I have enjoyed the fly lyte in all three iterations, and this is the best version yet. Comfortable fit, secure heel and mid foot, very good toe splay. Important to note: I have a large haglunds deformity at the left heel, and the heel counter does not bother it at all. I have run easy runs, fartlek, tempo runs, and long runs to 19 miles. Performance is great. I'm just over 100 miles so far and durability good so far. I like the amount of cushion; it is enough for the ride to be pleasant but not overwhelming and still easy to get good feedback from ground. It is easy to pick up speed in or to cruise in. Overall super pleased. As far as drop goes: I enjoy low and medium drop shoes, but don't love zero drop for regular training (at least for now), so this fits the bill. I sometimes like more drop for long runs generally, and a simple tweak for a few long runs has been to add a 2-3mm heel lift. Of course most people wont need this, but it definitely adds to the versatility for me personally as the fit is still excellent with this slight modification. So big thumbs up. I hope the shoe stays pretty much as is in the future.

I'm a toe runner with flat, wide feet and these shoes feel great. I didn't even need to add an insert to the toe box to prevent my flat foot from swimming in the shoe.

Not a runner but a long distance competitive walker. This version of the Fly-lyre is an improvement over the 2. While the heel is a little different, I personally was not affected by any affect on sizing. The toe box is more comfortable with the modified fabric upper. I use this shoe for medium distance (10-20K) races on mostly paved and compact gravel. Good protection without the bulky feel of a heavy sole. Good flexibility. Lightweight yet good support. An improvement.
