I purchased, from the online store, the Elite model 5 months ago. I am 74 and I walk a mile 3 times a week for exercise. Recently the cloth liner on the right heel has worn away and you can see the plastic underneath.
The company refuses to stand behind them. They want me to mail them to California for an "inspection" and I have to pay the postage both ways if they don't agrees that it is a defect.
I think they just try to wear you down with emails.
That's the last pair I will buy.

Over the current lockdown I have ordered 5 pairs of sketchers online through different websites. All were size 7. these are the only pair that are way too big. I am unable to wear for walking. They are not the same size as all the other size 7's

I was sent shoes where the right side was stretched Waaay Out! It was obvious the right side had been tried on many, many times!
Also, for me, there was too much of a bend at the toe. I, therefore, found them uncomfortable and "weird " to walk in.
But it was the stretched-out right side that made me return them.

I am sorry to say that I tried several Skechers "arch" shoes and I was disappointed. I have toe and foot problems and need support for overpronation, wide toe box, and general support. These shoes weren't' wide enough and generally weren't comfortable. I always hope I can wear Skechers, and every few years I try the new styles, but I cannot wear them.
I'd also recommend:

I bought this arch fit shoes and they did not last two week before the arch support failed to help your feet. Had a lot of pain after two weeks of wearing them at work.

About this at the Skechers store in did try them on. But after wearing them for a little while after I purchase them they hurt the sides of my little toes and I do not have a wide foot so yes very disappointed. I do wish I had bought the Red Lace Up

I have been buying Skechers women size 9 for about 40 years. A couple of times the size 9 has been hugh, this includes the new Arch Fit. I am scared to buy them now. I don't care for minimum recommended
characters.

I own many pairs of Skechers and have always purchased 10wide. These are so big that my left foot actually walks right out of them. I had to return them.

I bought these to wear while working in the gardens but they stretched out in one day making them very unstable. The arch support is great. Cannot wear them anymore. Would love to return them but I did wear them. The mesh doesn't work and I can't tighten them. Have bought Sketchers for years but these are a very bad design.

They look great but are so hard in the insole I didn't keep them on but a few steps. I usually love Skechers but these are not at all what I expected.
