I ordered these on line, but upon receiving them discovered they fit smaller than the d lits I have . Went to the sketchers store to exchange for a half size larger, was told they did not carry that style, they decided to exchange them for another style of arch fit , that cost much less than the ones I paid for. They gave no refund of the difference in price, did it as an even exchange, I am not happy at all with the results of my purchase, nor the shoe I'm stuck with, they aren't comfortable on my feet all day. My feet are hurting after a work day more than with my 10 year old sketchers d lites.

Returned these because the heal of the shoe didn't fit correctly and was to tight.

Over all not happy happy with the shoe.

This shoe size usually fits great. But this pair felt like they were a size too small and the shoe strings were way too short.
