One of the most comfortable loafers I have had since 1968. It normally takes a week to 10 days for me to break-in new loafers. I start by putting them on when I am going to SIT at home for a couple of hours and then more time each time I put them on. I also put a band-aid on my heal starting with the second wearing. The Wren was almost perfect from the start. I had very little stretching to do. A little in the width (I do have a hide foot, square foot) and that was about it. Never had to use the band-aid on the heel of my foot which is ... Amazing, for me. Oh, yes instead of a penny per shoe I used a quarter. Now if I could find a phone booth - so I could call home and have someone pick me up - this party is a drag.

I love the softness of the loafer and the color. Had a pair like these many years ago. A little wide in the heel but I can fix that.

I needed a comfortable and stylish shoe to wear to work as I spend 40+ hours a week on my feet. I saw Wren and decided to try them. I ordered 2 sizes because I wasn't sure about the sizing (my feet have changed), 7.5 and 8 wide. I'm pleased to say that the 7.5 was perfect from the minute I tried them on! They felt like slippers, no break in time at all and almost don't want to take them off when I get home. Considered getting another color as I like them so much.

I've tried so many loafers but I can never find any that don't hurt to break in with really tough, stiff leather. These are the softest leather loafers i've ever worn. They were so comfortable right out of the box, they fit my foot perfectly, and stayed comfortable all day. Cannot recommend these enough!

it was a lovely loafer that I ordered...very comfortable...size was a bit off especially if it was as advertised a stretch leather, otherwise i would of reordered in another size but the color was nothing like it appeared in the picture

I bought my usual size and I had to return them because these are very narrow! First time in my life that wide shoe fit better. I'm sorry that I can't get my preferred colors and wide, but the yellow I bought is really cute. Please add the gorgeous aqua in wide!

I purchased these from the website based on the photo and hoped for the best. I have a wide foot with a high instep and high arch. I ordered my normal size (9D) of 9 in a wide. Out of the box it looked narrow for me.... but when put on the foot it was very comfortable! The Leather has a slight but noticeable stretch and gives ... to hug your foot. My only complaint... if it is one ... is the color of the shoe... The photo's online looks like a natural leather shoe. It is not.... it is a beige/tan painted/colored shoe. I envisioned the shoe gaining a patina with wear ... it will not... it is a uniform stained painted leather (Which does look a little "old Lady" to me) Having said that .... I am ordering in other colors and will keep these as they are so very comfortable.

Nice shoe, very comfortable but I've only worn them 3 times and the insole is already coming out.

Kinda sorta disappointed. Already saw a review about leather being soft. I wasn't expecting that kind of soft. The "look" doesn't match the price. BUT it is super comfy.

I have worn these shoes several times and they are not as comfortable as I had hoped. They are the right size but because of the "stretch" they rub in odd places. The stitching has also come loose near the top, after the first wear. They are attractive and go with most outfits.

I am a 7.5 wide in my running shoe. I ordered a 7.5 wide in this shoe they were too large, then I ordered a 7 wide they are still slipping off my feet. I am now going to try a 7M. comfortable but the leather is soft and kinda looks fake.

Runs way large. Normally a 9 but purchased both 8.5 & 9 to be safe. Both too big. Returning both.

Love the shoe, but after only a few months the stitching on the seam of one of the shoes separated.
