Too small even though I ordered a half size larger than usual.

The shoes were not as long as required.

The fit was good but I was disappointed with the quality of these shoes. The shoe laces that came with the shoes are ugly and had to be replaced with better quality laces. The eyelets are fabric, not metal (as the other Dunhams I have purchased) and are very difficult to thread the shoe laces through and the laces do not slide easily when lacing them up. This is my fourth pair of Dunhams in 12 years and may be my last.

These shoes are tiny. I wear a size 8, I couldn't even get my feet in these.

For me the toe area is at the very minimum for the size. Could be the length affecting that too. I like the look I actually use these for work and they have a little heal lift that makes them comfortable and the width is good just order a half size or whole size bigger.

With many of Dunham products the arch is terrible and my feet turn in. It feels like the cloth part of the shoes are 4E, but the sole is like 2E so my whole foot can get in, but only gets half my foot on the sole. They need a wider base for wider feet.

This would be a great shoe, if only. After just a few days, the inner material that strengthens and cushions the Achilles tendon dropped to create an uncomfortable bulge (specifically, this was to the left of the finger loop on the right shoe). Zappos was great about it. They exchanged for a new pair. No cost to me. But now the new pair has done the same thing in the same place. This is obviously a manufacturing defect present in more than one pair. I will contact Zappos, and I'm sure they will be accommodating. But now that I've found what otherwise would be the perfect shoe for me, I have to shop and shop until I find the right replacement. Zappos gets high marks from me. Dunham does not get high marks from me.

Less then a year after purchasing the rubber on the front of the shoe separated from the fabric. I have tried to glue it back, but it is frustrating to spend this kind of money on a shoe that lasts less than 1 year.

Returned. 9.5M were insanely narrow and short. And that's what I wear in everything else

Dunham excels in making the most uncomfortable shoes that I have ever purchased. Too often, their shoes are rigid and never break in whatsoever. Walking in them is very uncomfortable and makes you feel like you are wearing Frankenstein shoes.

The fit and comfort were just fine. BUT there's a weird problem with the sole. After a couple months of wearing the shoes, the left shoe starts to squeek! Jst the left. Like your shoes are wet on a tile floor. Just the left one, this is the second pair of this shoe that this has happened to! I just missed the return window too! So now I'm stuck with these weird squeaky shoes!

Uncomfortable, tight, prefer soft shoe not one for hiking in tough terrain.
