Love this shoe. Sizing was perfect fit, shoes are perfect black heels for any evening or work occasion. You can actually walk all day in them.

I'm a 7.5 W. *Sometimes* an 8W, but not often. The wide is needed because my first three toes are the same length - there's very little taper to my foot. These fit like an 8.5 regular. I couldn't take a step without the shoe falling off. However, the width was mostly ok. I didn't bothering ordering a size or two down because I couldn't go any narrower, and there's no arch in this shoe. I have high arches, and only the outside edge of my feet were touching the shoe between the balls of my feet and the heels.

Shoe was nearly 2 full sizes too big. Shamefully I had to go and buy a different brand of shoe that was less comfortable than the Rockport shoes would've been. You guys really need to check the quality of size markings on these shoes. I ordered a 10 W which is my normal size. The shoe was marked 10W and fit like a 12.

I did not like the fact that every shoe design has a different size feel. I have had a couple of size 6 and I ordered this on the same size and it was too tight.

If I could give you zero stars I would. You didn't send me these shoes You sent me some men's size 8 brown loafers. I ordered these shoes for a wedding. Now I'm screwed! I have no shoes to wear to the wedding, and you've wasted countless hours of my time trying to find a last-minute replacement. You guys are literally THE WORST!!!
