Beautiful but rubbed my ankles, so I had to send them back.

I love the idea of the shoe. But it's very wide. (I've worn them to my office twice.) They flop up and down and make a squeaky sound. I thought about purchasing these for weeks. I actually put them in my cart several times. I waited until it was a real "deal". The email prompts prodded me onward. Now, I'm not happy and I wanted to be really happy.

Color looked more orange than salsa. I returned them awhile ago. Wondering where my refund is.

I already have a pair of these shoes and love them. I ordered two more pair and neither of them fit!! I am so disappointed.

I wish I could have seen an aerial view. I would have seen that it is narrow shoe for my wider foot. I want to return the shoes, but I don't want to spend my waiting time at the post office.

I would love to but this show, but I wear size 12. So many of us women do. Yet you ignore us.

Why can't I find my size in most styles? Very frustrating.

If you don't make sizes 11, 11.5 & 12 I can't buy your shoes. Why don't you offer all sizes?

Is this a joke? I got message my order had been received, then two days later received email "Sorry they were out that size" Jokes on me.

I ordered size 9... even says 9 in this request. i received size 5..... which I cannot use and I am in the process of sending it back. So far, I am disappointed... we'll see when I get the exchange.

Bought and returned. Felt cheap. Zero arch support which is why I buy Rockports. Seem to run a half size too big as well for me. I just purchased another style that I'd purchased In the past. No arch support... I guess Rockports are same as any regular shoe now. I hope they read the reviews and put the quality back into the brand. The shoe looks good but no support.
