I spent many days looking all over the world wide web for the best water shoes and after countless hours of research I think I found them! Disclosure, I have only worn them 4 times but so far they have exceeded my expectations. I will start with the looks. It might just be me, but most water shoes out there look like crap. These are the only ones i found that could pass for regular hiking shoes, great looking hiking shoes. Then there is the weight, supppppeerrr light. I have used them for fly fishing from the beach and wadding the flats as well as for fishing from the boat. They shed water incredibly well, dry fast and there is absolutly no hotspots. Great grip when dry or wet. If I had to change anything, it would the color of the sole. I prefer light colored soles for boat, kayak. But over all 5 starts all the way!!! Great Job NF, I just hope they last!

Recently visited Costa Rica for the first time. Had to travel light and was in need of a new pair of shoes that would work well with international flights, general daily use and exploration on wet surfaces. I'm a size 13 and bought these in a 13. These shoes are fantastic! Except surfing, I wore these everywhere...hikes through the rain forest, rappelling down waterfalls, walking through creeks, horseback riding through rivers, bike riding, coffee plantation tours, working out and more. Didn't wear socks with them for a week and didn't get any blisters. They are lightweight, flexible, super soft but also durable and have a siped sole for grip and traction on wet surfaces. When wet, they dry super fast and they still don't stink! I will be using these next time I go fishing too!

Skagit's fit perfect, very comfortable and can't wait for warmer weather to arrive for river hiking and white water kayaking.

Went to the caribbean and wore them casual and in short hikes, looking for waterfalls. Comfortable, ready to wear and stylish. Put them on is a little tricky at the beginning, but you'll get the grip at the end. Definitely would buy them again.

I wish they came in half sizes.

Got these as a gift for my husband. Love the way they look I couldn't find any other water shoes like it that actually looked good. Lightweight but still sturdy.

Took these to the BVI and I'm made every want a pair. Perfect beach, water sand boat adventure show.

Comfy and was a must have for water activities

The quality of this shoes is obvie and beyond, put them to a challenge on a trip down to the Quintana Roo peninsula trough jungle, underground rivers, mud, Sand and ocean, the shoes withstand every challenge with no damage what so ever.

Comfortable, durable, good looking (which is probably the rarest trait for water shoes)! Used these for a trip to the Azores, good for hiking as well as water based activities. It would be nice if they came in half sizes, the 12s are a bit big for my 11.5 foot.

Bought these for my partner for a trip to Vermont and he loves them and actually wears them out around Austin too! They are definitely the best looking closed-toe water shoes I have seen :)

Good mix of a functional water shoe and maintaining a street shoe fit

There are the most comfortable water shoes I have every owned. My wife tried mine and liked them so much she bought a pair also.

i need walking shoes to walk in the pool.They fit very well and are very comfortable.

I had use these shoes at the beach and the pool and they were great, feels like you are wearing a normal shoe but it's made for water.

These water shoes were great, they felt like regular shoes on land but in the water, plenty of protection and grip.

I tested out my new water shoes this past weekend in a stream in Central Belize. They worked perfectly! They drained quickly and allowed me to walk on a rough stones underneath the water line. A bit of extra tread would be good for future models, but overall the footwear performed as advertised and I am very content with my purchase. Thanks North Face!
