Design and the compartmentalization of the bag is great but the straps keep loosening on their own which defeat the basic purpose of a backpack..

I bought this bag last summer and I just starting using it for school. The straps continue to keep loosening while I'm walking. Therefore, the bag falls down my back and I have to keep tightening the straps.

at first when i was using it it was great, that is only for the 1st 3 months or so. after that, the bag's outer skin had started to completely crack up, wrinkle and fall apart. I DEFINITELY would NOT recommend this bag especially in Singapore's Weather conditions.

I purchased this backpack in September 2019 because I needed a water-resistant backpack for the winter. In November 2019, after two months of light use, the zipper of the large pocket broke. I brought the backpack to the store, where it was sent out for repairs. It took a month for the backpack's warranty to be processed and almost another two months for the backpack to be fixed. The backpack was supposed to be delivered yesterday, and it is still "out for delivery" as of today. Given Timbuk2's reputation, I had purchased this backpack with high expectations, but both the quality of the product and the service have been very disappointing. I barely had a chance to use the backpack, and I do not understand why it took almost three months to fix a broken zipper.

In August of this year I ordered a bag from Timbuk2. Yesterday, however, the right bottom strap broke clean off rendering the bag useless. The bag itself was half empty when it broke. I couldn't believe it. I submitted a warranty/repair claim (obviously nobody responded to my question) but I actually think the bag quality might be so low that I just want my money back.
