I am not a runner. I am on my feet all day and do a fair amount of walking on trails and pavement. I did not test these shoes outside, but I know they will not withstand the rigors of my day. They were very comfortable and lightweight right off the bat. I had them on for a few minutes before I realized that they will not hold up over time. The lightweight-ness of this shoe lies in a very flexible and cushy sole. It doesn't seem durable to me, though it is incredibly comfortable. The outsole wrinkles when it is compressed. I would happy spend for this shoe IF I were a runner looking to run in these only and were not going to wear them for anything else (i.e. going to the grocery store or walking the dog). I chose the Saucony Liberty instead. I am a neutral foot, wide forefoot and narrow heel.

I was trying to find a replacement for the Echelon 7 and somehow this shoe came up. I have worn it running (my Echelon 7 were giving me issues they were so old). These shoes are very tight across the arch and ball compared to the Echelon 7 and loose in the heel. Cushioning feels OK. Saucony is becoming chintzy -- the one shoe lace is short, the 2nd even shorter to the point that it is almost inadequate to tie. (Very frustrating to have to go out to buy laces for a pair of running shoes. Initially, I thought that material in the shoe had more stretch and that it was supposed to be tight. Now, I am realizing these shoes are really uncomfortable. Recently, Saucony sizing seems to have changed.

I really liked the style and look of these, but the heel area was pretty loose/shorter on me, so my foot slid when running. I returned for another pair of Saucony's.

I love these sneakers! I've had a hard time finding them I love the fir and the spring in my run. I have a hard time finding them. I compete in these and love the light weight and the fir.

I've been wearing this shoe style for over a year and have had minimal injury since switching over. These shoes fit perfectly with a decent amount of cushion. I tried the Freedom 4 when I could not find the Freedom 3 and they are completely different. The shoe felt significantly cheaper and was very uncomfortable. Hopefully Saucony does not filter these out.

I love these Freedom 3's. They're cushy and supportive and just the right amount! I bought 3 pairs because I saw 4's were out and there were mixed reviews. Great work, play, walk, run sneakers! I'll probably buy more before they are gone! Love them!

I am an avid runner, trail, track, and road. I love this shoe. I have had the berry (pink) and sky (light blue) shoes and they are great! I have not found any other shoes that has so much cushion on the bottom of my foot as well as near my ankle. They are light weight and sturdy. I don't feel the terrain when I run, it's like I'm on clouds. Love them!

I love the FREEDOM shoes! I have a pair for my long distance runs and one for my active job as a Chiropractor and Sports Medicine Professional!! These shoes are light weight and ergonomically sound for a neutral or cavus foot!
