I can't tell you how very disappointed I am in this lovely shoe. I have been waiting for Vionic to bring back it's slingback style in a dress shoe...it did but this pair doesn't cut it. Not only does it not have good support in its sole, but the arches seem to be out of line. They hit somewhere up on the outside of the arch and just plain hurt. The shoe itself is perfect for dress and the adjustable heel strap makes it perfect for those of us with narrow heels. It just isn't wearable and seems to be flawed in its design. Sorry but that's the way it is. Please try again to make a comfort, supportive slingback shoe. Many of us really need this style.

I loved the look of the shoe and this style. But, I had same experience as other reviewers. The fit is odd-- the arch support doesn't match up with my arch. I've never had this issue before. The arch in the shoe is too far back, and too close to the heel. It rises up in a spot where my arch meets my heel, and it just hurts. Sadly, I have to return these. If the arch was positioned correctly, these would be perfect.

These shoes are super cute but like some of the others, I feel like the arch support is in the wrong place and I need to return them. The arch felt too close to my heel and was uncomfortable to walk on.

This is a really nice looking shoe, but I agree with the other commenter that the arch support is not good. I have many other Vionic shoes that are great, and I ordered this shoe in my regular size. The length and width are perfect; however, the arch support seems to me to be positioned too far back towards the heel. So when I walk in these shoes, instead of feeling comfortable arch support squarely in the arch, I feel it hitting back where the heel begins . . . and it hurts. I ordered the Dusty Pink Suede (which is a beautiful color), so not sure if this is the case with the other colors. I was really looking forward to this style, too, but sadly have to return it.

I wanted to love these but where the arch hit in my foot was way too off.

Finally Vionic has a sling that is flat. This is a classic style and I love it. I usually wear a 8 or 8-1/2 in Vionic shoes but a 7 in their sandals. This shoe was a better fit in 8-1/2. As most people, I have one foot a tad larger than the other and this shoe allows some room to make the shoe fit with the strap that is adjustable. The arch support is moderate and is fine as I only wear these shoes to church, out to dinner etc. These are so cute and I love the style. I got the black leather.

Beautiful, interesting shoe. Runs big and seems generously wide! I'm going to try a size down. Fingers crossed because I love this shoe!

Cute shoe! Narrow is more like B width tho so returning. Walked out of them each step.

The arch support was great for such a small shoe, but I have to return them. Even with the strap tightened, the back just kept slipping off my foot. I found myself holding the shoes on with my toes, which is a big no-no for my plantar fasciitis.

The arch area felt too narrow. I wear a medium and it hit my arch in a way that when I walked it hurt or irritated my foot. My arch has dropped but with support it goes right back and feels great. The arch support is there but off-too narrow in the instep for a medium.
