Fit was as expected. I am 5'6" and about 120lbs. Typically, i wear size 4 / 27. I ordered all colors of this running short in size Small. The wide waistband is very comfortable. the shorts are good for lounging or running / gym work. If you are self conscious of your thighs, you may go for a different cut, as these show a lot of leg.

Hands down my favorite running shorts! I'm 5' 6", 140 lbs, and seriously struggle finding running shorts that work for me. Running shorts are either too short, too long, ride up or are too restrictive. I bought a medium in these shorts. These hit all my criteria- decently short without showing anything, comfortable waist band that stays in place, wide enough legs they allow for unrestricted movement and soft breathable material. I did find, compared to a previous pair, that these are stitched further down in the side slits. Which makes the materials bunch a tiny bit when running, but honestly doesn't bother me. Also compared to previous pairs, the material around the waist and on the shorts is much softer. If you're as picky about running shorts as I am, try these out.

Although technically they fit once I had them on, they are so hard to get on because there is a non-elastic string at the top of the waistband. I found the cut of them to be pretty unflattering as well.

I LOVE these shorts. Some reviews said the shorts fit too big. I ordered a small, and I found them to fit perfectly. It's refreshing to find shorts that aren't too tight and don't ride up. I'm 5'5 and weigh 120lbs. The material is very soft. I use these for various workouts and just regular wear around the house or running errands. I bought several pairs of these shorts in different colors. When I find clothes I like and fit well I usually order several pairs. I definitely recommend these shorts whether you run or workout. They're just cute, comfy shorts.

These are great shirts with a nice length that allows for all types of workouts. Fit is perfect not too tight but snug enough that it does not feel baggy.

The Printed Impact Run Shorts measure 2 3/4" at the inseam in size small. They have two essentials for runners--a zippered back pocket & a panty liner. I would like more pockets. Galileo could spot me in the Moon Dust color--a bright yellow waistband atop the Moon Dust print of tiny stripes in coordinated colors on a light grey background. The size small fits well. (I'm 5'2" & 105 lbs.)

Runs large but they’re comfortable.

Great waistband, nice modern print, good quality, the length I like, just still a little diaper-y like the more current running shorts, I prefer a slimmer fit.

These run really big - very wide in the hips. I don’t mind since I wanted white but not ideal.

Quality is good, but with the difference in cut & stitching this year, the same size from last year run large & fit slightly "off" for me. Got small & xsmall - xsmall fit like a glove but have to be careful about bending over too far or rear end shows a bit! Small was just not right. Would love to have last year's cut back!
