Smaller than expected. Looks much bigger on the model shown.

Ive owned this pack for about a year and I love it. Its the perfect size to carry what I need everyday, and easily expands to be a crossbody bag, which is how I wear it. Im back to buy it in another color.

I liked my other products from this company but for a bag I wanted to wear crossbody this material was just a bit to stiff and rigid for me, it made the pack feel bulkier. I returned this and got the high coast hip pack which I think was designed much better.

I was really looking forward to using this bag, but it’s chunky as a hip pack and awkward as a crossbody. The jingling zippers are also annoying.

it is very small and not good for hiking.

I LOVE this but I sadly won't be keeping it and it's simply because the zippers are so loud when you move and they hit each other. It's the only flaw and once I noticed it, I couldn't un-notice it. If they get rid of the extra zipper or find a soft material, please let me know!

Bag is stiff and small; zipper resists opening/closing.
